I just wanted to say the 2 girls who served me, one at the pay window and the one who gave me my order at the next window were both so kind and friendly and had very genuine smiles. It was 6:25pm on Wednesday the 14/2/23.
They should be recognised for their amazing customer service, I felt happier leaving the drive through than I was driving in. Thank you to those lovely girls.

Tyson the barista really showed that customer service, going above and beyond still exists. Incredible energy and customer service- very rare - give the guy a bonus

We just went through the drive thru here (6.25ishpm 14/02) ordered an oreo McFlurry. The two young girls at both windows were SO nice and friendly. Very sweet girls. Wish I got their names. Great job guys. :)

The team here are always friendly and prompt. Rarely are the waits long. And compared to other local maccas, Salisbury trumps!

The drive thru here is always fast and the staff are nice. No complaints about the food.

Near where i live and its near a lot of work is so its so tempting to get maccas on the way home. Remodelled. Screen ordering. Never disappointed

The worker Aida met me at the drive through where my friend charlotte ordered (I was driving). My friends and I decided to be the biggest pests we could while Charlotte was ordering to embarrass her, but luckily we were met with Aida who met us with lovely laughs and a smile. On MUMS she deserves a raise. We started annoying her as much as we could to test her patience and DID PATIENCE ENSUE?? The answer is yes. Aida is THE BEST worker i have ever met. #aida #promote #AIDADAGOAT no CAP aida is the best.

Had an issue with Uber delivery. Middle Manager gladly assisted and went above and beyond to fix things as much as they could for me.

Easy to order on the app and pick up with drive through, never had an issue

I was surprised with how clean and well prepared everything was here - the eating areas, bathroom and carpark were all spotless. Knowing how hard this is to achieve on a fast food restaurant - very impressed

This McDonalds is definately one of the much better ones around. The staff are always friendly and helpful and they always seem to have the entire menu in stock, which can't be said for some of the other McDonalds restaurants around the area. I very rarely have an error with my order here and whenever I have been inside, it has always been clean and tidy.

The experience I have had at this store was the best I've ever had in my entire 52 years at a McDonald's store

Went today at around 2:30pm. Prompt ordering and delivery of food via the drive thru. Happy and smiling staff . And got a decent amount of pickles on my extra pickle cheeseburger. Keep up the good work guys.

Well, I have both positive and negative experience here. Generally, the environment is clean, staffs are friendly and food meets the McDonald's high standard. However, they occasionally miss something in the order as human errors.

Last night, new year eve, it was busy at this restaurant until late. However, the staffs were still friendly, the environment was clean as usual and food were good as my expectation. Thus, I would like to thank these people's hardworking in excellent service at such busy period while we were celebrating.
