Lady who helped me was quite nice.

The agent Ming Tao screwed up my seating class selection, did not acknowledge his mistake let alone apologise for it. Told other agents to ignore my follow-up call, which Rebecca the other agent complied and even tried to blame the mistake on me, ridiculous and disgusting service and attitude to face/fix their mistakes, especially when they are protecting each other, absolutely hopeless... Used them in the past 5 years, AMAZING that he turned his back against me just like that, but I'm glad I saw their true colour early, I'm only in my mid 20's, guess other agencies such as All Way or Digital Travel can have my money for many years to come.
