KARCHER CLEAN PARK ACACIA RIDGE

Went hunting for a good carwash all night. First time here with my RX7 and can say almost shed a tear that it was hot water (+distilled= no water stains). Variety of options, generous and well designed long nose detergent guns that applied good volumes and pressures of products, and the air dryers were on all stations which is great. I put alot of care into cars and am pretty excited to come back and try the other features like the auto mats cleaner roller and the smelly spray station for fun. Tonight I washed, waxed, dried and vacuumed. I was impressed with the wash stations which were tidy and clean also 4x4 free, no mud. The hoses were in good condition, didnt hit the car and spun very easily on 360° arms above. The options had detailed information on the walls for each feature. Unfortunately, I cannot give the overall experience a solid 5 star as once I got to vacuuming (vac3) it was lacking. Perhaps vac3 is very tired but I wasted almost 6 minutes on one rather new floor mat with a few bits of dried grass and stray hair that it did not have the power to suck up. EDIT: Owner confirmed vacuum station was clogged so that's good to know it was just my bad luck that day) Noticed an absence of timers, or audio notifications on things to know how much time you have left so best to keep an eye on the station leds( i failed to notice this my first time). Its 40c surcharge per usage of each station with card so it may be better to bring coins or tokens, some of the machines use digital/card/tokens which is unavailable of an evening and the only time I utilise a carwash.(< update, they have an app to avoid this for regulars) Noted that the floor mat cleaning machine did not have a visible display of its usage cost price, perhaps i was blind however.
Overall still one of the most tidy and best well equipped carwashes for enthusiasts and nicer cars Ive found in QLD. Big high fives for the warm/hot distilled water choice, it shows an unmistakably spotless finish with ease. Thank you for taking that into consideration, as many do not offer warm water which is best for removing contaminants gently. Will most definitely be coming back in future to use again and perhaps try a different vacuum station to confirm.

Also appreciate that you've informed us there are various options and advantages to look after customers with tags and an app, thats very helpful for evenings! I will have to make the trip out on a day off to come and retrieve one. Looking forward to the next time my car is dirty! Thank you!

Sean and Jeff are excellent, enthusiastic and professional. Clean brush in auto wash, no visible dirts on the brushes. Highly recommend! Will surely come back

Went to KARCHER Clean park today to wash my car in one of the automated brush washes. As expected the cleaning was perfect and spotless. This is a proper car wash facility like I used to know from Germany. Absolutely worth the money. Friendly staff also. Can absolutely recommend. Cheers.

Craig the manager went above and beyond to take care of my car, he showed me how to work the machines and he even put in a couple of his own gold coins just to show me the ropes. My car came out sparkling and I also had a really good chat with him, he is an all round great man, and my partner and I could not recommend this place any highly.

Would highly recommend this place awesome staff and easy to work with. Also what I like about them is the token setup they have makes life easy with topping up. I will be back for sure

At around 6:30 PM on October 21, I left two floor mats of the back of my car in the vacuuming area, and I want to ask if any of you have seen or put them away. My car is a Mitsubishi evo9 wagon.

Peter is absolutely knowledgeable and a great source of information on how to deal with sap and bugs on the car. I appreciate his time and efforts today. I don’t live remotely close but will make the effort of coming here for my fortnightly wash. Found these guys via Google and reddit. Worth the drive.

I would say there is no other place that can compare to the automatic car wash here. I have tried multiple car wash shops in the Gold Coast and Brisbane, but none of them were able to clean my wheel rims properly. However, the car wash machine here does the job, probably by using hot water or efficient detergent. Although $32 is not cheap, the results justify the price.

Best wash for you money and the onsite staff are really friendly. I think this wash is very popular and a go to for many car enthusiasts because it has everything in one place. You can even shampoo your own carpet and seats 🤙 spot on karcher

The staff dries the remaining water droplets with microfiber cloth after the automated brushed car wash. This is truly unique and never seen in any automatic car washes in Brisbane.

These guys are actually awesome! So good to find a place that can also do a drive thru car wash for vans with a high roof. Sean was so helpful, he could see I was struggling trying to self service car wash my van as I can’t reach the roof, he came over being so helpful and now my van looks new again yay😊 thanks heaps Sean! Made my day

Outstanding facilities and excellent service, Sean was a great help and gave me good advice regarding the best choice in wash programme for how dirty my car was. Plus he was kind enough to give it a wipe down and clean off a few stubborn bug guts traces that were still hanging on.

First time here, and a staff member Sean was super helpful and friendly, he even offered to rinse off the bird poops on my car before guiding me to the autowash port. And of course, the car came out spotless, satisfied with the result. Would definitely be back.

Not a bad experience. My car seemed to come out decently clean but my windscreen and glass had water marks which was a little disappointing. This was the auto car wash I used and got the top wash.
