My partner is at one of their home's the company Flexi care Bowen are a very professional people my lady
suffered a stroke some years ago when I got sick they just took over thank god!!!!

I can't fault them lovely support workers and office staff

Service is very poor no comuncation skills cause anxiety attcks in clients and there is no one that can take your call always at meeting apparently. They are rude the people they are suspose care for have disabilities. No compassion and seem to take delight in esclating problems. Prople with anxiety need the same people the roster to help the anxiety in the last 1w months no 2 are the same. The care of clients and staff is appauling. This is evident in constant turnover in client and staff alike. If they was other service providers flexi would have no clients due to there lack of care. We need better service providers that understsnd people with disabilites thry dont need bullies caring for them some hzve no clue or care of the people that need care. Prople with disabilities are our communties most vunerable and are seen by some only as money no care for the person with disabilities or the family thst have to deal with the extreme anxiety caused by changes simply to upset us. Flexicare has to be accountable for what they do to their clients enough is enough. The rudness starts with the person answering the phone instead of hrlp the client in distress they simply hang up and leave family to deal with an issue they have caused its wrong

So very unprofessional toward us all an disabled person.
