Rose Bay Resort

What a great DOG friendly find this was. Apartment style with an enclosed area for the dogs, the rooms are large and the facilities are excellent. Service was also excellent. Right on the beach. The only issue we had was we could not book it for the return journey. Book early!

Lovely room, the most comfortable king size bed. Nice pool and BBQ area. All round clean, tidy and comfortable Air B&B Jeni and Neil 🌹

Absolutely beautiful place perfect position, lovely and helpful hosts willing to help. Stunning views and rooms were big clean and well stocked and our pool was perfect I will definetly be taking the family back here but would stay longer next time as I didn't want to leave

Rose Bay Resort is a beautiful place to stay if you want quiet relaxation. It's right on the beach front and has the most spectacular, uninterrupted views. There are some walking trails nearby that take you through to some of the other bays which we really enjoyed. The staff are really friendly and very helpful with enquiries.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Rose Bay Resort. This resort has the best location, right on a beautiful beach, where we were able to start our day watching the most beautiful sunrise from our patio, followed by a swim. Also, Paul, the owner was really friendly and the room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Loved that there was a kitchenette, table to eat/work, and an ocean view balcony. We would 100% come back and stay here again! :)

A lovely place with great views of Rose Bay. Unit is very clean and well looked after. Management are wonderful. We were running behind their office time after attempting a 9 hour drive across Queensland, phoned ahead to advise them, & when we arrived they had left our room key in the room, and our bedroom light & fan running which made getting in and settled hassle free.
The wife & I highly recommend this establishment.

Ladies, if the men in your life drive you crazy by leaving the toilet seat up then ask for Unit 9, as it is very female friendly!!!

Gorgeous place to spend a week or more. Friendly and accommodating staff. Amazing location and lovely hotel. Only con is that there is no restaurant or room service. And forget about deliveries - none in Bowen.

The resort was in a lovely location and had a great view of our own private beach. The rooms were very spacious like a mini apartment. The locals are very friendly, and happy to help. Overall, great place to stay at and relax, would recommend.

Only downfall, is not much to do in Bowen. Other than that, great resort to relax at.

Absolutely glorious location, and we stayed in a one bedroom apartment. The rooms are super clean with comfortable beds, good showers and lots of space.
Staff were lovely, facilities were excellent. Cannot recommend this resort highly enough.

Location is on the beach & pet friendly Resort. Rooms are excellent you can snorkel around the rocks. We stayed for 3 weeks & it was very relaxing (just what we needed). Would highly recommend this place & big thanks to the owners & staff.

Rose Bay Resort is our favourite place to stay in Australia, we have stayed here for a total of 6 weeks, over 3 stays. Beautiful View from every room balcony or ground floor area to beach. Even have viewed coral spawning in water. Seen whales in distance diving, great fish and chips at local fishing co-op. Beach is reasonably private and people keep coming here, year after year, a rare find.

Amazing and tranquil place. You can feel absolute peace staying here. Gorgeous views of a pristine bay with lovely rooms and awesome staff. We will definitely be back for a third time, Rose Bay Resort is the only place I would stay in at Bowen as it truly captures the feel of North QLD beauty and landscape. Highly recommend!

Lovely Quiet location overlooking Rose Bay. If you want a beautiful sunrise view from your balcony this is the place. Great walks around the nearby bays. Sea breezes are warm during the day.

Absolutely stunning place situated on a lovely bay that is popular with the locals and travellers alike.. never got overcrowded while we were here and had an amazing atmosphere. Our apartment has everything you could need and town is a short drive away to get your supplies.....love love love it here wish i didn't have to leave.

I stayed here for a recent photoshoot and was so surprised how stunning the location is! Normally I always drive straight up the highway past Bowen BUT next time I will be calling into Rose Bay with the kids and some snorkelling gear. Just in front of the resort at low tide is a beautiful fringing coral reef with live coral exposed .. wow! We stayed in one of the ground floor apartments and they are great size, clean and very comfortable and you just can't beat walking out the door, across the grass and directly onto the beach. Will definitely be back again.

Loved it beautifully place good clean rooms every thing you need and very friendly service we will be coming back soon
