Great store! They were so kind to my autistic sons Sam and Paul, and helped them picked out club X shirts, pretty skirts and leggings after they were robbed of all their clothing. Very friendly staff, and they even had a rapper performing! 10/10

Walked in at ClubX for the first time bymyself. As soon as I walked in I was immediately approached with a lovely welcoming smile by one of the staff members who was helping out a customer. I was wondering around as I was looking for a product I saw online, I couldn't find it and at that moment the same staff member came in to see if I needed any help. I explained her what I was looking for but they did not have that particular product in stock, however she reccomend me the most similar one to the one I was looking for. We talked about it, she game me some advices and I made my purchase. The vibe in store was great and the staff surely made my experience very comfortable. Thank you

First impression was that it was very diverse and extremely well stocked. The employees are so welcoming, helpful, charismatic and sweet (especially Brittoney)! Very positive experience as I’m usually a little bit nervous when I visit adult shops :)

Long time fan of Club X Elizabeth Street - good selection, but more than that the staff are always friendly and happy to answer questions. Just today came in with a long list of questions, and Brittoney had a quick and helpful answer to all of them. New or experienced, they can help you find what you're after.

Great place with vast and varying range of different products to choose from. The staff was friendly and only too happy to assist in very professional manner. My partner and I felt very comfortable asking for recommendations as the shop has very welcoming atmosphere. Thanks for all your help :-)

I don't think I caught the lovely girls name who helped me on Saturday but Club X surely lives up to its name!.. customer service was great!, she knew everything I needed to know about your selection of great lubricants!.. everything in store is fairly priced and all looks to be A grade quality. the staff there are extremely welcoming and friendly. they're super helpful, plus its just a really nice feeling to be supported, especially in something as sort of emotionally and socially intensive as sexual exploration

ClubX in the city is a great adult store to visit for some fun shopping or to kick back and relax in the cinema. Really friendly and knowledgeable staff with a clean and very safe feeling environment. I never fail to have fun in the store.
