Medicross - Rochedale

The clinic doesn't have the best service but it definitely has the best dr ! I have been with Dr Sanaz fir 4 years now ,she is by far the best Dr I have ever had and I am saying that after living in Australia for 22 years.
I am only giving 5 stars because of her .

Visited the surgery last Thursday. Saw Dr Lilly who was fantastic. I must say upon arrival I spoke with Amy who was extremely lovely and friendly however on the way out I was served by another lady, I believe her name was Erin who was the complete opposite and barely acknowledged I was there waiting. I am giving the 5 star review only because of my positive experience when arriving and Lilly. Maybe the other girl was having a bad day but it definitely wasn't how I expected to be treated.

Dr Sanaz is am amazing GP in all areas.
The receptionist staff Bec the practice manager & Amy are extremely helpful & both always do the extra to help. They are always cheerful & really go out of their way to make your visit to the surgery a very pleasant experience.
They are always helpful on the phone & sort out any issues that arise.

Dr Phillip Iskander is professional, knowledgeable and patient, most importantly, he provides compassionate care for his patients as always. Highly recommend him!

Absolutely loved my experience today with my doctor, she was very thorough and actually seemed like she cared.
I've only been coming to this practice for a year now and every doctor seems thorough.

My first experience was great. Appointment was on time and Dr Iskander was a caring understanding doctor who really took his time to understand my needs.

Doctor Abbas was attentive and really listened to my concerns. She took the time to make a solid plan and explained everything clearly to me. I felt very well taken care of.

I have been seeing Dr Kortoci for nearly 10 years. She has helped me with numerous health issues, during that time, and always shows "true"consideration to any health concern I have. The support she has shown to myself, and my family, is second to none. Our first meeting was purely by chance, but through Dr Kortoci's attitude towards genuine care for her patients, she has become my preferred contact for all things health related. I am very happy to have found a doctor that is as focused on the well being of her patients as Dr Kortoci. I can highly recommend Dr Kortoci and the Medicross Rochedale team.

I have bringing my son to this clinic to see Dr. Sanaz for the last couple of months and her care and knowledge is nothing less than amazing. She treats my baby like he’s her own and I couldn’t recommend her higher. The reception staff are so friendly and welcoming and so are the other drs and nurses in the practice! Couldn’t be happier with the service we receive at Medicross Rochedale!

I saw Dr Sanez early this afternoon i highly recommend her she is so kind & extremely caring towards her patients, & very thorough, also the reception Girls are friendly too.

Finally a Spanish speaking doctor as actually stated on HotDoc. Very friendly, caring & great service. Will definitely be returning to Medicross & highly recommend it.

I made a last minute appointment and it was a really smooth and quick process. The staff are kind and the facility is nice.

I see Dr S Hejazi at Medicross Rochedale, she is lovely. Such a nice, caring, easy to talk to Doctor. All the staff at Medicross Rochedale are great from reception through to Nursing staff.

I have been seeing Dr Sanaz and she is lovely. Has great manner and calming nature. She is very thorough and easy to follow explanations. Highly recommend.

Dr Jess Lee was very knowledgeable and kind. Admin were nice and efficient. Overall great experience.

i find this fixture surgery is one of the better ones around for all the medical needs they are kind completely interested in making sure your medical needs are meet have great staff friendly easy to talk to when it’s comes your health i would recommend them

Then my Doctor Amna was also friendly and thoroughly checked my history on the computer , checking my BP also . I am delighted to recommend Medicross Rochedale to my local friends. I've been attending this practice for 6 years, my Dr (Johana Kortoci) is amazing as are other doctors ( Dr Amna Abbas) I've had to see. Reception is kind, warm and welcoming. Not easy to find a medical centre this good these days
