We come here all the time to vaccum and clean our car highly recommend but be aware that the car wash is always out of order but when it’s working it’s great!! Love the vaccum and the smelly spray you can use with it! Staff are always friendly every time we go in. Highly recommend to all my family and friends!!

I went in to ask for an extension on my car wash voucher due to this long rainy season. The male staff showed no empathy and simply said weather is not our problem. Great Customer Service (rolling eyes:(

Just an average place with the potential to be the best around. The problem is that pumps are often not operational. Even worse, if you come here hoping to use the vacumn after filling up don't be surprised to find the equipment out of order for long periods. Best to phone prior. Unreliable.

Your staff are abrupt and not too friendly.
If you ring them like I was told to when your car wash has been out of order since before Christmas 2022 the 3 people I have spoken to have NO PHONE SKILLS.
I WILL NOT BE COMING IN EVER AGAIN
GOOD LUCK. If you don’t like working there give your job to someone who would appreciate the job.

ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC AND DISGUSTING ANSWER RECEIVED FROM THIS LADY WHO WAS ON THE SHIFT TODAY SATURDAY 18/2/23 at 10.04 am.

Not only got the proper response about the broken car wash when I called to just check and see if the car wash machine is in working order or not?

Already renewed twice and we would be renewing it again soon.

That lady before even listening to a customer she hung up on me and disconnected the call so rudly saying you won't get anything about your tickets unless you drive here and get the renewed ticket.

Never coming back and it's a shame to COLES have this sort of unmannered staff in their company.

Worse customer service by lady on the counter.
2 times I visited and found carwash broken and under repair.
I asked for my money back and the lady said my manager is not here so no refund!!!!...
The manager is not here never!!!
The lady at the counter shown no empathy and very rude.

Shell/Coles, kindly improve your level and retrain your ill-mannered employees.
