Lisa is amazing. Always does an awesome job. I highly recommend this nail business. Myself and 3 daughters are regulars as I trust the expertise they provide.

I’m usually very anxious when I’m choosing to get my nails done. But honestly after today I think I’ve found the best place to go😍 came in and I was seated straight away, staff were all so welcoming. I got a French tip manicure and I’m obsessed!!! thankyou ladies for my amazing nails

Got the most wonderful nails by a girl named Emily here. She was so lovely and made sure they were exactly what I wanted which was very nice. I will be coming back!!

Great service, Great price. When I get my nails done here they always last. Every other place I go the gel peels off after 1week !

Took my Mum to Sparkle Nails, Garden City for a pedicure Sept 2024. Heavenly experience - we were so pampered. Had a beautiful scrub rubbed on our feet and legs, massage and hot stones. That and a massage chair and complimentary cup of tea made us feel like a queen 🤴. The staff are so kind. Thank you 🙏 Sparkle Nails team. We will definitely be back.

Always go to Emma or Tina. They're the best and are such lovely people to talk to and deal with. Been going to the few several years now

Pedicure was great! Colours are very limited & don’t match their nail swatch wheel. Manicure a bit off, shape is crooked & curved. Also got cut but nothing too bad. Overall, not worth $150 (acrylic manicure & gel pedicure together).

Used to be my go to nail place until recently… went in to get my nails done and a lady was very rude to me because I couldn’t decide on a colour to do. I asked how much the set would be and they gave me a price then at the end of my full set they tried to charge me $10 more (I didn’t pay the extra 10 I paid what I was told at the start). I then went there again and asked for what I got last time and a price and it was $20 more than what they charged me 2 weeks before hand because they must have remembered me. Very unprofessional and annoying. I absolutely love the male that works there tho but the lady that might be the owner is just rude everytime to me.

Needs to work on customer service skills. I had to ask for a second coat of clear top, chick who served me was weird about it as well. Is that not industry standard for 2 clear top coats? Second time coming here after a bad first experience also. Thought I'd give it another shot. Bad idea.

Very disappointed in the service the last few visits, a week into getting my nails done and it’s started peeling off

I came here to get a full set of acrylics with a coloured french tip, but I left feeling disappointed. The man who was putting on my nails was painfully grinding into my cuticles and making them bleed, and just told me to go wash my hands after. I was asked to pick a colour, however once I picked one, they changed it 4 times without telling me why… why bother letting me choose at that point? The french tip designs were noticeably uneven, and the lady didn’t ask me as she did it if I was happy with the thickness or anything. Now, just over a week later, one of my nails has already fallen off (never happened before from other salons, I was washing dishes as normal when it popped off). Not very happy with this place, wouldn’t recommend.

Terrible experience a few weeks ago when I went to get my nails refreshed with SNS powder.
The woman lacked customer service and was very rough like most of these places are. All to happy to charge top dollar for terrible workmanship.
Would not recommend.
