Great, tucked away dai pai dong style restaurant. If you aren't willing to drive all the way to, for example, Sunnybank, then come here! It's more often than not quiet, and the service is great (so long as you know what you want and don't beat around the bush, which may seem intimidating to some people).

Although they serve the typical "white" Chinese food, it's the more traditional Hong Kong/Cantonese dishes which truly shine. I highly recommend the soy braised duck, vegetable hot-pot and the fried beef if you come here, your tastes buds will be in euphoria.

Bonuses include lots of rice and Chinese tea! Perfectly rounding out and balancing the meals.

We had their tasty beef and soy duck. Very tasty, authentic Cantonese. Highly recommended for anyone craving their comfort food, or wants to try a very good Asian restaurant.

Fantastic family Chinese food. Having with regular customers. Crab and noodles was the pick of dishes tonight but try sweet and sour pork and seafood tofu soup to start. Finish with deep fried ice cream 🍨

Love their dishes here, cravings definitely satisfied! You should try their honey chicken and special fried rice.

I've going there for the past 20 years, and honestly think it's the most delicious and authentic Chinese cuisine you'll find in Brisbane. Not pretentious, generous portion sizes and fast service. To me, the dated decor adds to the charm of the place.

Dined in and had the sweet and sour pork and fried rice. It was delicious..! Would definitely return here and try some of there other dishes. It was busy still the service was fast and efficient friendly staff.

Wow, the food is absolutely delicious. The chef highly experienced. Family Runned & operated business. No MSG according to signs in the menu. You can describe what you like to eat and the chef can cook it for you if it is not in the menu. I went back there twice in the same day ordering the same dish because it was so yummy I wanted more. Service is not the best as the wife doesn't seem to have any customer service skills at all. She doesn't smile. Very cold face. No facial expression. However, the food is worth it.

Went back a few more times. The wife is more friendly but still customer service can be improved. The chef is very good and accommodating. I just describe what I want and he just cooks it brilliantly. Love it and will keep going back.

Our Christmas Eve tradition is to eat here. This year we asked our waitress to help us order. The food was delicious. The Chinese style sweet and sour pork was a favourite, as was the Mandarin beef. Six dishes, all excellent.

When it comes to suburban restaurants, Stir Fry Cafe tucked away in Jindalee is somewhat austere. So don't let this minimalist appearance fool you as the range and quality of the food is outstanding. The menu provides for most tastes, the dish sizes are more than good but the flavours are a joy to the sensors. The staff (and owner) are quiet and humble but deliver a service level that can not be faulted.

For outstanding Asian cuisine at a very reasonable price in a location with plenty of parking, do yourself a favour and enjoy the experience with family and friends.

Great food..been going there on and off for years

We love the Stir Fry Cafe for both dine in and take away. The family favourite is Deep Fried Tasty Beef and it is used as one of the standard dishes if we have guests at home or simply order for ourselves. The service is always quick and friendly. The prices are moderate. You can't go wrong here!

Fast and good food, very reasonably priced too. The weekends tend to be very busy so best to reserve places especially if it’s a big group. Saw lots of people taking away from here as well - must be a local gem!

Loved the yang chow fried rice, braised beef in clay pot and the Yong tau fu. Seriously delicious!

My local for the last 15 years. They are consistently good, the food is tasty, delicious, always hot, fast and the service is furious. But honestly people don't go there for the service or decor. They go there to get authentic Malaysian and Singaporean food not listed on the menu.

Have been coming here for years and will continue to do so. Exactly how chinese food should be.

Nothing overly fancy, just good honest cooking packed full of flavour. Dishes are very cheap and serving sizes are generous.

Really like the mandarine steak, and fish. They also give you fresh fruit which is a nice touch

Still one of my favourite chinese restaurants. Fast service, reasonably priced, large portions and most importantly, very delicious. (My favourites is the duck+ plum sauce, chinese styled sweet and sour pork- *you have to clarify you want the chinese styled* and any of their noodle dishes)
