Called to see if they could fit me in for lunch - so glad I did! Wonderful service coupled with fabulous food. Thankyou for a memorable lunch. The only way it could have been better was if my wife was in town, but it gives us a great excuse to come here again...I actually know that I don't need an excuse 😀

Was invited here for a business dinner and it did not disappoint. Lovely establishment with lots of other bars and casual spaces beyond the more formal Dewey’s restaurant. This is a steak place and it did not disappoint. Steak was excellent ( I enjoyed the Flat Iron at 250g) as was the service from the moment we arrived. Whilst quite busy it never felt overly noisy and we easily able to maintain a conversation despite sitting in the middle of the restaurant.

I had my first steak at Deery’s in the 90’s and have had countless visits since. Consistency in beautiful food, great service and a lovely atmosphere.

It’s as Queensland…. Brisbane as it gets. I feel like I’m home.

The wine list is extensive with some very reasonably priced drops.

You must get the onion rings. The best you will ever have.

Highly recommend Deery’s for a night out.

We hadn't booked anywhere and stumbled upon this place last Friday night around 8ish. Popped in, not too loud and could talk which was awesome. Service and care by the team was awesome. Not just ticking boxes from a service point of view, above and beyond which the team should be congratulated on. Will definitely be back 👌

Delicious food! Steak served quickly and as requested. I’ve chosen the Flat Iron and it was splendid. Sides and dessert were also very tasty. I would definitely come back. Service was also great! Staff were friendly and responsive. Thanks!

This is your classic steak-house. 3 of ud went last Friday night - 2 had steak and one had Bugs. The food was superb. We had Tammy the trainee serving us and she was great. The staff are very professional and the whole meal was really enjoyable. Warning- its not cheap - but in my view it is still good value.

Together with a couple of long time friends we have frequented Deery’s Restaurant every few months for several years now. Originally on Sundays but since Richard made the choice not to open on Sundays we usually choose a Friday for a long lunch. The host and wait staff do an excellent job and some even know us by name. The food has always been delicious, especially steaks. Shame they will be closed for renovations in January and February

The most delicious steak I've had in a very long time. Had the wagyu rump and it melted in my mouth. The sides were also great. Service was friendly and fast. The only down side is the parking in the area is horrendous.

Had dinner out with friends a few weeks ago, the dining experience was superb and the food was fantastic; especially the steak. 10/10 I recommend coming here :)

The steak was amazing! Highly recommend the Dutch mash potato as well. It was the best I’ve ever had.

We had a trainee servers called Nathan and he was really good. Keep up the good work champ.
They were flexible with the menu and the steak was cooked spot on (rare) and could have been the most tender steak I’ve ever had.

Steak are not dry and the flavour are very authentic taste you cant get enough with. Thank you I had a wonderful dinner.

It was great, the wait staff were amazing and the food was excellent. We had a young Irish lady and bald Irish guy and a blonde woman looking after us. They were fun and chatty and extremely tentative. The steak you could almost cut with a spoon and the onion rings were the best I've ever had. We will definitely be going back.

Thoroughly enjoyed lunch here yesterday. I had the Sirloin which was cooked perfectly medium rare and the baby cos salad. Steak was brilliant with the salad the perfect accompaniment. My only criticism would be that the waitress was slow taking the drinks orders, both pre-meal and during the meal. Still, would go back tomorrow for the steak.

We went for dinner for the first time last night and we were not disappointed. The service was extremely tentative and friendly. The food was amazing. The steaks were the best steaks I have had. Would highly recommend Deery's.

Wow, great atmosphere. Caught up with a crooner for lunch and whilst this is a steak place, had the salmon which was perfect. The wine selection is awesome, can't recommend highly enough
