Prices are competitive, much better quality products than bunnings, orders arrive quickly and can sometimes be delivered by the shop staff. Kenny and the lads are really helpful and pleasant to deal with - have gone above and beyond to help me with a couple of tricky problems. Wouldn't buy my electrical anywhere else now. Thanks Kenny!👍

Ummm. Waited a while for service while two workers smoke cigarettes outside for 5mins. I stood at the counter with my gear calling out to them. It's under renovations, pretty messy.

Wanted some 32mm conduit and T connectors. They were going to charge $35 and $15 respectively. I said that's crazy, they said that's the trade price. Went to Bunnings around the corner and got them for $30 and $2.80 respectively. Their trade prices on some items are 5 times bunnings full retail price.
