We have had Accelerate Property manage our Kangaroo Point rental for over five years. During that time they always managed to find excellent tenants to occupy the property and were only too happy to help with anything required. Once we made up our mind to sell the property it was a “no brainer” to have Matthew at Accelerate handle the sale for us. I couldn’t recommend this company highly enough. They were able to obtain a quick sale for us at an exceptionally high price, which pleased us no end.

We have used Accelerate property for both property management and to sell a property.
Firstly, Amy was a fantastic property manager. Accelerate took over the property after a challenging time with a previous agent. Amy made the process seamless, gave us and the tenants clear guidance and assisted in repairing a challenging start to the tenancy. Any requests for repairs from the tenants were dealt with quickly and efficiently and we have never had any issues. Both the start of our agreement and the end of lease process, I couldn’t fault.

Matt was the agent selling our property. We have been with a previous agent to sell the property for quite some time, with no luck. Matt took over the sales process and we are so grateful for his advice, expertise and honesty throughout the process. Thanks to Matt, we ended up under contract after the first open home. Matt was readily available answering calls/ emails/ texts even when we were on our travels around the world! I cannot recommend Matt and Amy highly enough.
