We recently purchased a Miele Dishwasher that was delivered and installed by Gurjodh and Ben from the Brisbane Outlet Centre. Gurjodh and Ben were extremely competent. What impressed us was their courteous and gracious manner. Please pass on our sincere thanks to both from a happy customer.

Staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. A very good place to look for quality Miele appliances with a big discount (min. 20% up to ~40% for things with low demonstration hours). Recommended! We bought a dishwasher for $999. TIP: if you want to transport it yourself and save on delivery, bring ropes or similar AND padding, like a blanket!

The new manager has really added to the experience. Big friendly welcome from both sales staff, clean showroom, lots of helpful information and of course the Miele product. Pricing varies but the customer service was great.

I went there just to request repairs to my vacuum cleaner and I was surprised with the service and agility.
The attendant Gary did a great job, in addition to being a very gentle and polite person.

Great bargains, I went in twice and called twice and every time they were very helpful. Saved $7000+ on our kitchen appliances. Accepts Amex without my any surcharge and they give you a week to pick up your goods or delivery for me was $95.
