As a tenant of a property managed by Harcourts Inner East I couldn't be happier. Laura and the team were fantastic knowledgeable and always responsive to questions and issues. One of the great companies that actually care about their tenants and owners.

Very grateful to have had Julia as my property manager. A number of items needed rectifying in my tenancy and nothing was ever a hassle. Greatly appreciated.

Harcourts were fantastic to deal with from a rental tenant perspective. We have been renting in Brisbane with 4 years, dealt with 4 different rental agencies in that timeframe and our property managers have been chopped and changed countless times. Our rental got sold in March this year, meaning we had a few months to find a new place to move out to but it was still quite worrying in these current rental climes. Rose Aragon, our PM, was amazing to deal with - she had no hesitation in contacting the new owners on our behalf to ensure transparency between both parties, she was always so quick to reply with any issue we had and most of all, she was extremely pleasant, patient and compassionate - qualities that I have found can often go amiss among agents dealing with multitudes of rentals! I want to specifically thank Marlene who has been my agent during an extremely challenging time in which I have needed to end my tenancy early. We first found the apartment on the TenantApp and attended the inspection which Harcourts put on. The agent who showed us around the apartment helped to answer all of our questions, despite there being lots of people at the viewing. The application process was quick and we received a courtesy call to ensure we were happy to proceed. Once we were approved, Harcourts sent all the necessary paperwork to both of us via email and everything moved forward very smoothly.

From the perspective of a tenant, Harcourts Inner East is the best agency my husband and I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. From the very first inspection, right through to collecting the keys and moving in, the process has been flawless! The communication from Josh, Laura and the team has been second to none!
