Staff have been pleasant but the stuff they sell is garbage.

You can only expect so much from flat pack furniture, but when the diagrams for putting moderately complicated things together are riddled with errors, you really must wonder what you're paying for.

If you're not handy generally, I wouldn't trust these guys. Go to IKEA and at least the instructions might make sense.

Purchased the Mornington Outdoor dining setting in 2020 and need new cushions as they are faded and breaking down due to the weather. Nope they cannot sell you just the cushions. You have to buy a whole new setting. This is not acceptable you should be able to buy new cushions. The lounge is aluminium and will last forever but it's no good without the cushions. Why can't they sell cushions as a product so that we don't have to keep buying new furniture and filling up landfill???

Amart furniture I would love to complain about your overall customer service but you don't appear to have any Customer Service or Customer care.
New lounge delivered Jan 24, two sofas both with recliners. Aug first one breaks Sept Second one breaks.
Lodge claim. Its January still waiting. You have made appointments to fix said lounges, but the day before cancel saying No Parts. I called your customers care line on 21st Dec because of no parts. Was assured someone would call me back, still waiting. Called your Darwin Store Friday, sure she said we'll get right back to you, today. Hmm still waiting for that one too. Spoke with live chat for an hour on Saturday, that's an hour that was totally wasted, but again was promised a call back, still waiting.
Contacted live chat again today, was told, "We are busy" You'll get a call back when someone has time"
Please tell me you don't call this customer service.
I no longer trust that my lounge will ever be fixed or fixed satifactually.
You do not advise customers upon purchase that they will have to wait months for repairs on inferior products.
Christmas was so pleasant for us with broken lounges thankyou for that. As this issue has caused me so much stress and cost me way more time than it should have, I will require a refund and collection of your faulty products. I will attend the Darwin Store where you were quite happy to take my money, and hopefully find someone attempting customer service to facilitate my refund.
Hopefully a Manager has found time to read this.

Got a lounge it's got a ten year warranty.. but they don't give you a new lounge when it becomes faulty.. they give you store credit of the price you paid.. hahaha. Can't get a leather lounge now for that price 3000 ripped off.. also with the store credit I received because of the faulty lounge I purchased an outdoor bed and and umbrella.. well the black umbrella turned green in 3 months. Was told bad luck not much we can do about it.. I know the place is cheaper than most
