Constantly did drive-bys to complain about lawns & our cars being parked temporarily on the lawn. Inspections always went well with only us asking for repairs to the house. They never had anything to complain about with the house inspections. Consistently sent emails to complain about "something" and threaten every time to send breaches or debt collectors even though rent was always on time (not always the 2 weeks in front though). Won't even let you pay extra to catch up, it had to be in FULL & charge extra for not being on time which they take directly from your account.
