Yesterday my tooth was extremely painful, as I hadn't seen a dentist in thirteen years due to a childhood experience that left me with a psychological shadow of dental visits. After calling and explaining my situation to the staff, they quickly arranged an appointment for me. Despite a short wait, my problem was indeed resolved very well, and the dentist was very professional and the staff was enthusiastic as well.

Staff are lovely and super caring! Amazing service and explained everything well too. I’m lucky to have them as my local.

This was my first time attending the dental clinic.
Dr Carmen Chong and her team were extremely welcoming, professional and efficient. I have been avoiding dental visits for an extended period of time, and Dr Chong was very understanding of my circumstances. She is patient, thorough and experienced and ensures all patients are comfortable whilst under her care.
Team member Ivy is also very polite and professional, she assisted me throughout my appointments and ensured that everything was running smoothly.
I highly recommend this clinic to those looking for exceptional service and especially those who are a bit apprehensive of visiting the dentist.
I will definitely be returning here for all of my future dental visits.

I have found Dr Carmen Chong, her staff and practice to be extremely professional. She is truly skilful, proficient, conscientious and genuinely cares for her patients. I have been afraid to visit dentists for a long time due to previous bad experiences but Dr Chong has turned that around and has now gained my total trust and support. Have been coming back every 6 months to have my dental check ups. Never had any issues. Dr Carmen is very patient and answer every questions thoroughly and professionally. Receptionist team is also super friendly and helpful too. Thanks for the good services.

Love this place! I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while so I was a bit worried but the dentist I had Dr Allen was very sweet and professional and the DA/receptionist with short hair and orange shirt was super sweet. Will definitely be back!

Dr. Carmen is incredibly kind and professional, making my dental visit a breeze. Her expertise shines through, and she takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. The reception girls were exceptionally patient and accommodating. My free time is vey unflexible but they always help me figure out with their patient. 5 stars for top-notch dental care and exceptional service! Highly recommended!

well, came back to this dentist because they provided same day emergency treatment to me in the previous months ago. This visit, I wanted to see if the service had changed. I am very happy, as the treatment remains at a very high standard. Dentist does everything to make your stay comfortable and explains all the treatment and does a great job.
