Mary Mae's Bar & Kitchen

Love this place!! Thank you for being so welcoming to dogs. Such a good spot, we’ve been back twice now with our dog. Each time he loves having a dip in the little pool provided outside. (What a great idea to help them cool off during summer time) Staff is always friendly, they even come round and offee treats for dogs. Food is beautiful too. Will definitely return.

We went midweek for a late breakfast. The place is nice and open with ample seating inside and out; we really enjoyed the nice breeze, views and overall relaxed vibe. It wasn't overly busy, so our coffees arrived very quickly. Food didn't take too long either and was beautifully presented and above all very tasty. Overall a very good experience!

Recently, we had the pleasure of dining early at Mary Mae's Bar & Kitchen, nestled beside the river. The Crumbed Barramundi was a delightful choice. The fish was notably fresh and delectable. Accompanying this was a generously sized bowl of chips, which pleasantly surprised us with its ample quantity. Contrary to the typical riverfront dining experience where prices are steep and portions modest, Mary Mae's offers a refreshing exception, combining value with quality. I wholeheartedly recommend this gem for those seeking a fulfilling meal in a picturesque setting.

Such a bright and airy venue with a gorgeous view of the Brisbane River all adjoined with the Brisbane Powerhouse. Loved all the indoor and outdoor seating options accompanied by a great beer tap selection and food menu. Love that you are able to take a stroll in New Farm park and walk off your meal!

Situated right on the river front underneath the Powerhouse Museum this place provides both indoor and outdoor dining. It's an easy stroll to the nearby parkland and stroller friendly. They have live music which adds to the ambience of the place and meals are always well presented. It can get pretty busy here tho, so be warned. No pics today, maybe next time. I have gone here a few times and always enjoyed myself.

Normal tastes. Next time I will try salade, there are many people try salad. And drinks... first time tried durty Chai and sparking ice long black, not our style.... we selected menu is wrong... maby if we go next time try other menus. There is good place to sitting, nice river view.

It had a lovely view of the river and a very dog friendly restaurant. We got sweet potato fries and and regular fries and a bread dip tasting platter, it was very delicious and has hug portions! The service was lovely as well.

We had those meals last night (plus the chicken burger dish, but the pic is tall blurry to show) to celebrate Father’s Day eve 😂 the foods were yummy. The staff were friendly. Heaters were on to keep us warm. Nice ambience; we will come back.

A nice spot by the river, nestled amongst beautiful new farm park.

The food is set at a fair price point and the drinks are well made and service is prompt when busy.

Can recommend the chicken and waffles, but just be aware, it’s only waffle singular 😂

Visited on a weekday lunch, food and service was great for a reasonable price. It's an order at the bar with a buzzer to collect your food affair, but when they can the wait staff try and bring it out to you if it's not too busy. Service was good with friendly and efficient staff. Food was all high quality, we enjoyed the ploughman's platter and the salt and pepper calamari with a few sides, all very tasty. The kids meal was also great, even coming with dessert. Nice views and great to sit outside when the weather is right, just watch out for the bin chickens that can get a bit close when they're hungry. Kid friendly with highchairs available. Will definitely visit again.

Good post Parkrun coffee and breakfast option, with great river views. Plenty of seating options from tables overlooking the river to indoor, group tables available. Fast friendly staff, efficient service. Nice coffee and snacks. Dog friendly as well, parking available in near by New Farm Park.

Today I hosted my 40th birthday at Mary Mae's in the private dining room. Event organisers Rachael, Sasha and Holly could not have offered a more professional service delivery. They were pleasant, polite and punctual. Nothing was too much trouble. All of my 40 guests reported the most time. The wait staff at Mary Mae's were superb. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was comfortable and cosy. My family and I felt really special and important as a result of the fabulous service we experienced today. Thank you to Rachael, Molly and Sasha at Mary Mae's today.

Had an absolutely delicious lunch with a lovely glass of wine - and the view really just topped it off into just a wonderful experience!

Come for a drink, come for a lunch. Enjoy the views, have a walk around the park. Prices aren't stellar, but that's because you're paying for the above.

Their salads are great, if a little pricey.

Absolutely loved this place. Dog friendly, great atmosphere and beautiful setting right on Brisbane River at the Powerhouse. Such friendly staff and food was beautifully prepared. Will definately be one of our new regulars as can sit both inside or out to capture the scenic views

Such a great venue for a large, casual lunch. We had 27 people for our Christmas work party and the functions team didn’t miss a beat. I can highly recommend the Feast, every option was fabulous and there was certainly more than enough food. From the initial booking with Michaela to Luke, Molly, Ben and the rest of the service team … everyone couldn’t have been more helpful. We had a brilliant, chilled day and it was such a lovely, stress free experience for the organisers!!

This is an attractive, spacious restaurant with delightful river views. I enjoyed a relaxing afternoon here with a friend, sipping on coffee and happily devouring their unique, delicious and very filling tacos. It’s conveniently next to New Farm Park, so I could walk off my big lunch.
