Here to write a review for Dr Bryan Wong as he is the best doctor I've ever had! So patient, kind and understanding. Such a fantastic doctor that truely LISTENS and CARES. I recommend him to absolutely everybody, especially if you've had issues with doctors previously. He will restore your faith in humanity! Thank you Dr Bryan. I travel over 40 minutes each way to see him at this clinic. Always worth my time!

I see Dr Badrul mostly but have seen other Doctors when he is not available. Always had good experiences here, every doctor has been great... especially Dr Badrul, he's amazing, very nice and has such a good attitude and great manner. Grateful to have found such a wonderful Doctor so close to home

When my GP Practice of nearly 10 years refused to see me until January 2023 (Today is the 16th December 2022) when I was in serious pain with my hip and leg, Acacia Ridge Family Practice squeezed me in to see Dr Wong as a new patient to their practice! I was seen same day, sent off with a referral for an X-Ray and Ultrasound all in one afternoon. The ladies on reception were wonderful and couldn't be more helpful as the next day I was back with the results of the examinations and then was on my way again to get some treatment for the problem. Very happy with their overall service and support!!

I have been seeing Dr Ho for over five years, and he is not just a skilled Gp, but a compassionate and kind doctors whose is dedicated to delivering person centered service to his patients.

I have seen comments on him, which are untruths and mostly from person's who repeat the same comments every other year. This is nothing but mere untruths, and an attempt at discouraging people from receiving quality service from a caring and professional doctor.

Contrary to some of the previous reviews I've only ever sat for several minutes before being called and I visited a lot last year. I've never had to wait in there for a doctor.

I have the most wonderful memory of Dr Wong. I wanted to try a new medication for a diagnosed condition I have that was not on the PBS it's so new. When I mentioned it to him, not only did he know the drug, he produced free samples for me. He was like a magician!

This is an amazing clinic. Due to winding up living further away, getting stressed about traffic I go to another clinic but can totally recommend this one. I stumbled on it when staying in a nearby hotel.

I have been to this practice on a few occasions now and I have seen 3 different doctors. All of which have been friendly and professional.
The reception staff are always welcoming and friendly.
Doctor Lama in particular is very personable and thorough.
Couldn’t recommend higher.

I absolutely adore Dr Manupa and all the staff at Acacia Ridge Family practice. I have been going there since 2018 and now even living in Ipswich I make the time to go and see her as she is just that good. I always know ill be taken care of!

The Acacia Ridge Family Practice provides by far the best service that you can get anywhere! Especially in Brisbane :) Extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and caring doctors coupled with jointly intelligent and friendly reception means you’ll have a smile with whomever you’re talking to, whether it’s with your doctor in the back about whatever’s going on, to booking another appointment with one of the lovely and helpful ladies at the front. I cannot truly express how wonderful all the staff are at this practice and can only wish I could rate it higher than 5 stars, if you need a GP, GO HERE!

My husband and I have been going to Dr Natural for many years. I must say he us the most caring doctor I have ever had treat me. We have moved to the gold coast and I still travel to see him.

I have had a lot of interaction with Jannet and Pauline the reception staff. Jannet is always smiling and willing to go above and beyond in helping me. Nothing is ever an issue. I have witnessed her kind and loving nature to all the patients. I can honestly say they are the most caring and thoughtful ladies. I have always been treated with so much care and I would never leave this practice.

Love this Medical Centre. I called feeling sick, with no hesitation the great reception staff told me to come straight down.
I was a new patient. Saw a Dr within 10 minutes, he was very thorough. Qml Pathology is there also. I had my blood test done. No fuss. Thank you so much

WOW!!! I was greeted by medical Receptionist Janet... What a lovely human being. Janet had warm/caring characteristics by asking relevant questions and using a very kind/caring tone which actually made me feel better as a patient and that was without even seeing the doctor/psychologist yet. I also noticed that she did the same with other patients as well. WOW!!! Thank you Janet!!!!! Its not everyday that you get to meet some unique people like yourself. .

My 5 star rating is for Dr Manupa alone!! Absolutely amazing. Seriously cares for her patients. I can't thank her enough for her time and care!!
However I'd like to rate the receptionist janette 0 stars. Absolutely rude and super condescending when trying to book an appointment or when asking an enquiry. Cuts you off mid sentence.

Great little practice and it's even better that there is a QML inside.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the doctors (especially Dr Laila) are knowledgeable and caring.

To top it all of, the doctor saw me within 5 minutes of my appointment time. How good is that!

Dr Manupa is a brilliant Doctor. She is so friendly and understanding and really takes the time to ask if you have any other questions or concerns. Thank you so much

I rang for a appointment as i was suffering bad stomach cramps the lady on reception told me to come down and she would squeeze me in. Saw the doctor not long after. This was my first appointment at the surgery. Will definitely be coming back.

These guys are fabulous! Wonderful front desk staff, happy to help and very accomodating.
Doctors are lovely and take their time with you which I really appreciated. Would highly reccomend this practice.
