I've been to this clinic several times now and always had a good experience - prompt service and friendly staff.

I just got a message supposedly from qml to do a quick survey, but there a so many scams on messages these days, I wasn't game click on it. But my review on Qml Morningside is that the staff are lovely and efficient. Great at their jobs. Thanks to the lovely lady I saw today.

I called this clinic to enquire for NIPT test and lady on the phone told me not to come on weekend as they were busy they only have one staff on the weekend so I said don’t worry I’m happy to come first things in the morning early and she laugh at me on the phone I turned up the next morning they were 3 staff in the clinic and when I give my paper to the guy he told me they don’t do nipt test I don’t know which one of them are lying so I went to Sullivan nicholades in junction road and they told me the test can be done at any time weekdays or weekend it doesn’t matter the lady staff at qml morningside was rude I know who she was tall older lady with a short hair

On 23rd December, I visited the Morningside QML centre, having checked their website beforehand which confirmed it would be open. This visit followed an unsuccessful trip to the New Farm QML, which was closed despite the website indicating otherwise. At Morningside, I found the doors locked, and despite numerous attempts at ringing the doorbell, there was no response. A sign clearly stated their "Festive Holiday Hours" and indicated that they should be open.

I tried contacting them via phone, only to receive a general message about attending to a patient, with no mention of being closed. After multiple calls, doorbell rings, and a 15-minute wait, I had to leave. This experience was quite upsetting, especially considering the unnecessary travel. The lack of updated information on the website, conflicting with both the signage at the centre and the voicemail, added to the frustration of the day.

Terrible experience. Firstly there was a sign on the door saying 'back at 12.15pm' so I waited and but they did not reopen until 12.45pm. This is the second time this has happened. The staff where unprofessional and rude. The staff also did alot of chatting in the back and ignoring patients. The staff seemed like they did not want to be there and have absolutely no people skills. Will not return here again and will tell people to avoid this clinic!!

Very long waiting, it took mw more than 2 hours to get tested.

Have been here for blood tests. Each time has been very poor. Different phlebotomists, multiple attempts on each arm before blaming me for not being able to take blood.
"Have you drunk enough water? It's because you're wearing a mask, make sure you're breathing properly".
I know how to have a blood test.

Previous experiences when living in Cairns always went smoothly (at Sullivan Nic) with the odd comment "wow your veins are easy to find"

Will not be returning to QML Morningside and will not be recommending.
Very strongly urge others to not come here for a blood test.

Have had a PCR test here before and it was fine.

We made an appointment for 0700hrs on Saturday. Sign on door says it’s open on a Saturday at 0700
No-one turned up to open. No-one rang to say it’s closed or would open. Pathetic. Expect better from QML
