Professionals and honest, I called to get a price for a flush mechanism and Gavin suggested I check my seal and surface is clean as the Parisi should last more than 3 yrs. I cleaned the surface and flipped the seal and it was fixed. Thank you for the great service and advice😁

The flush mechanism on our 2 year old Villeroy+Boch toilet was broken. Rang BathroomSupplies - Gavin had me email him a photo of the componentry. He advised it was likely a $15 valve that had failed (rather than a ~$200 full replacement). Took the whole mechanism in - the Bathroom Supplies folks replaced the valve for me. Saved me $200 plus at least one and likely two plumbers' visit.

Disappointed. Was told my shower screen would be installed by the end of last week. They asked for 50% deposit but I paid in full. Its now been 3 weeks & they haven’t even contacted me for an install date.

Consulted Gavin to find a brushed gold bath waste for our stone bath with overflow - sold the incorrect product and advised of a 25% restocking fee if returned. Paul was abrupt and rude lacking any empathy or consideration for a solution.
The problem was fixed by Builders Discount Warehouse by swapping with the supplier with the correct waste - something that this business couldn’t facilitate. Better options for specialist in the bathroom space that’s 100% for sure.
