After a disappointing experience leaving my car overnight at a hotel near Brisbane Airport, I arrived at the Valet Parking service to find my Mercedes E350 covered in bird and bat droppings. Concerned about potential damage, I inquired about a car wash facility, only to learn they didn't offer one. Feeling anxious, a young man named Daniel Chelvansthan stepped forward and generously offered to wash my car, alleviating my worries. His act of kindness made my day, and his follow-up with photos of the cleaned car reinforced my gratitude. With 56 years of experience in business and customer relations, I've seen few examples of such proactive service. I wholeheartedly recommend this Valet Parking service, especially with exceptional staff like Daniel, who deserve recognition for their outstanding dedication to customer satisfaction.

The number plate recognition technology worked perfectly. This time I had the foresight of photographing both the pillar number & colour as well as the slot number on the floor. (On my last occasion, I forgot where my car was & couldn't find it. I rang down to the office and their recognition technology found my car for me after losing half an hour.)

I rate Brisbane Airport Parking highly because I value security and convenience. I book and pay online and park in a great building with a short stroll to the terminal. On return the car is always as I left it and if there's a flight delay I simply swipe the credit card on exit and pay a cheap overstay fee. Great parking experience.

For a tired family of 5, 3 under 10, straight, off an international the service was quick and seamless.
We were out of parking and on the road very quickly.
I would recommend to anyone and will use this service again for our next OS trip.

My wife and I travelled overseas for 2 weeks, and for the first time, we decided to park at the Brisbane airport parking instead of going by train .
we are very happy with this decision as we find it cheaper, more convenient and less stressful. The whole trip was very enjoyable.

Was easy to get into P2, found parking spot really easy but was at 4.30am on a Saturday morning.
Was also easy to get out. The number plate reader didn't work on my ute. Guess for the reason that my last digit on plate was a 6. Previous times when I have been there to pick my son up and went to the waiting area it used to read the 6 as a G. QR code worked anyhow.

Love number plate recognition.
Excellent customer service: buses arrive every 15 mins, drivers helpful and friendly.
Return trip: walked off the plane, only a short wait for the bus to arrive.

Valet Parking was the best decision we made. I drove to the Departures area and dropped off my family and the bags, then drove back down to Valet. Checked in, handed keys over and strolled back into the Terminal.
When we arrived back, short stroll to the Valet office and our car brought to us withing a few short minutes.
Recommend this to everyone.

We showed up to pick up family member but their flight was delayed 2hrs. Instead of waiting there we were allowed to leave then come back to pick up.
They were very understanding and easy to communicate with.

Loved the ease of having pre-done my registration so the entrance arm let me in without having to reach for my phone and then reach for the scanner. It was very easy to get in and out. I was worried about my plane getting in late but there was no problem there either. Will definitely park there again

Booking process is easy and I got plenty of communication, reminders and a link to access the parking.
Please ensure the ticket stubs next to the lift to act as a reminder as to where you parked are renewed. These has run out when I got there on Tuesday morning.

Parking is easy! booking online is easy! extremely convenient.
Parking attendants/monitors people - needs to be more proactive! more vehicles need to be checked I found some vehicles were parking where ever they liked including turning lanes, which is a little annoying.

But I enjoy using the parking locations when I chose to fly.

First time using Airpark2 and it was better than I expected. Plenty of space, number plate recognition for easy entry and exit, and bus shuttle service to the terminal. Would definitely use again.

So easy and best of all so much cheaper. It was really lovely to be able to go into the airport with my family who were going overseas. I could spend extra time with them at a Cafe. So much nicer than the quick 2minute drop off to avoid the usual parking fee.

Your system works perfectly. This time I booked a 2 hour visit (1 hour either side of departure) and the $10 price I am happy with. However, as often happens, there was a considerable flight delay. Your system took it in its stride and there was no need for me to change any times etc. Greatly appreciated.

Booking online is so easy. Number plate recognition means no scanning or payment booths. Safe and secure. Sensor lights in car park made me feel a bit safer going to my car alone at night.
