Auto Stop Gold Coast (Arundel) helped us out in a pinch! Excellent customer service, went that next level and even recommended getting a tow truck through RACQ to ensure no possible damage could occur to the engine. Out of all the mechanics I spoke to (4) no one recommended doing that (might be common sense but something we looked over as it was still technically drivable - glad we took their advise though) that goes to show that they are forward thinking. Given the short notice they managed to get our Volkswagen all fixed up (new water pumps, belts, service and few other things). Highly recommend!

Absolutely the best service experience I have had in the auto service industry. These guys were so knowledgeable, did a thorough check and gave me great advise. I have a 2014 Holden Captiva that had a number or errors on the dashboard, whilst two other workshops nearby couldn't diagnose the problem and charged me to give me a list of bewildering error explanations, then telling me I would be up for close to $5000 to fix the problems identified but would be best to go directly to Holden to get it checked as they would have seems more of these error clusters. A friend recommended I go to Auto stop, the best thing I could have done (Wish I had done it first). They quickly diagnosed the problem as a single system issue that was causing a cluster of errors and was fixed for a great price including a full service and comprehensive check. Never going anywhere else! Thanks Auto Stop, my only stop now! Regards Chris
