A very rude man served me. I had a few people come up to me afterwards commenting on his very rude behaviour. I asked him twice to stop treating me so badly. I just asked for parcel and showed my drivers licence and email confirming my parcel was there… he would have had to go through the parcel names anyway to find it. It’s not hard to be nice… it takes way more effort to be rude, unless you were brought up that way and then you’d know no difference.

Visited here to redeem some scratchies I received as a gift and the attendant was unbelievably condescending and rude. From the very start he complained about having to scratch the barcodes in order to check the cards, he then proceeded to patronise me when I commented that I was unaware about having to do that.

At 9am in the morning in Surfers Paradise there was not a single other customer around, so I’m not sure how me (and I quote) “taking up all his time” was a problem.

Although I live across the road from this newsagent, I will be going elsewhere from now on.

The old man and old women on today are some of the rudest people I’ve ever had the displeasure of meeting. They honestly need to rethink their career in customer service because they’re terrible at it.

Worst customer service. The older woman didn't speak a word to me when I was picking up a parcel and the older man has no concept of professionallism.

The woman at the counter was so rude! Had an attitude with me when I simply wanted to redeem my lotto ticket.
