Loved the views!! Loved having 2 floors so much room for everyone!! Loved 3 bathrooms and the massive spa in main bedroom was fantastic!!! Loved the northcliffe surf club (1 minute walk away) and cavill ave fun is always the best! Catching trams so close by equals 5 stars!!!

Our room in Orchid Residences was amazing. We had a great view of the skyline as well as unblocked views of the water. The apartment was spacious with 2 bathrooms and views from all rooms. Fully equipped kitchen made it convenient to heat up food for the day. The rental process, despite being completely contact free, was easy to follow. Highly recommend staying in this building.

We were all very happy with the kind of security and facilities the property had Also, having the major shopping centres right in the same building was cherry on top. The rooms were very neat and clean, and the views from each room were beyond our expectations We look forward to stay during our upcoming trips and also recommend to everyone.

Loved our stay in the Skyline North Tower and would highly recommend! View was incredible and facilities were exceptional. Apartment was equipped with everything we needed and was super spacious. Instructions and information provided prior to and during our stay were very clear and thorough. We would definitely use this apartment again if we return to surfers paradise.

Our stay at Orchid Residences Unit 21901 was absolutely amazing. The room was lovely. We had views of the ocean, city and river. The floor to ceiling windows in dining room were great. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and the beds were very comfortable. The whole unit was very clean and bright. We never have any concerns booking through HRSP as they are very good with their emails and replies. Picking up keys and detailed directions to Units make for a very easy check-in.

We had an absolutely wonderful time, the apartment was beautiful, clean and very spacious!!! With everything we needed to enjoy our family holiday, the beautiful view from the balconies and waking up to view every morning was just breathtaking!!! Will definitely book and stay again.

As usual the room at Orchid Residences was immaculately presented. I had a 37th floor 3 bedroom unit with a great view of the beach and the hinterland. All fixtures and fittings were in good working order. Bedding and towels are excellent quality, providing a great nights sleep and bathroom luxury. Initial consumables, tea/coffee/cleaning and toiletries take the hassle from immediate shopping so you can settle in after travelling. Location is in the heart of Surfers Paradise with eateries and shopping nearby. Highly recommend.

The apartment is in an excellent location in Surfers, close to tram, restaurants, spa's shops, and best of all the beach. Easy to get around without a car. View is spectacular. Hosts were brilliant, I was looking for the iron in the apartment and couldn't find it anywhere, I messaged the hosts who supplied a new iron within a couple of hours. Highly recommend this apartment .

The Apartment was great and had an amazing view. Very clean and close to everything you needed. We loved our stay and would recommend anyone to stay there. We will return.

The communications from Holiday Rentals Surfers Paradise was first class. The check in and check out procedures were clearly explained and simple to follow. The apartment was in a fabulous facility, close to shops and restaurants and the pool area is great for families. The views from the apartment are stunning with balconies offering both ocean and river views.

The only downside is the furniture in the living areas was very dated and quite uncomfortable to sit on. The drapes in the bedroom didn’t go all the way to the floor, so sleeping after sunrise was difficult and the shower head in the main bathroom needs replacing. Having said that, the beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well.I would definitely stay here again!

Very good value for the price. Moroccan at Gold Coast is an older building with many original finishes in the room we stayed (3 bed), and while there were a couple of issues, I couldn't believe how fast HRSP responded and acted to rectify the issues. Couldn't fault a thing - they did everything possible to make it a good stay. Would definitely recommend staying at any of their accommodation units due to the responsiveness we experienced, and we also liked the place overall : )

From the moment I stepped into this apartment, I was greeted by a sense of comfort and style. The kitchen boasts modern appliances and ample storage, perfect for whipping up culinary creations. The living area is inviting, with large windows with natural light, creating a cozy atmosphere for relaxation . The bedroom is a sanctuary, with a plush bed and soft linens ensuring a restful night's sleep.

We loved every second here! the apartment was clean and the perfect location with the most amazing views, comfortable beds and everything you could possibly need! We come every year and already excited for the next one!

The in room modem allowed you to easily connect a chrome cast stick to the TV.
Preferably Stay Cast would be included in the room.
But that may come at a later time.

Service and communication was excellent. Location and view spectacular. Unfortunately few minor issues with appointment. Few lights out in kitchen and the range hood, one of the toasters doesn’t work. Bottom draw front falls off, some utensils missing ( egg flip and scissors) would dare to put air con on as it made a horrible noise and scared our son that was in the bathtub at the time. (Aircon unit found in bathroom).
We had a Fantastic time with our family of 7. Thank you kindly.

Beautiful apartment on a high floor with magnificent views. It contains secure balcony with beach views, two spacious bedrooms plus a study turned into a single bed bedroom with no window but cosy enough. The beds need upgrading, they are too soft and broken. Other than that, the apartment had everything you’d need for a comfortable stay: a well-equipped kitchen, newer bathrooms and full laundry. Even though it is on the 39th floor, access via elevators was easy through the main Hilton entrance. Parking is secure, on the last basement level and it could be challenging if you have a people mover or bigger car. This was a good value for five adults and a great location, close to everything. Key pick up and drop off is in a different location, but easy enough with regular communication and very clear and detailed instructions given by the host. Highly recommended. This apartment number 11303 is truly beautiful, a breathtaking ocean view that is rewarded with all the comforts that are part of this apartment. Super clean and super cared for in all its details which make it truly comfortable, a walk on the beach, a dip in the pool is worth the visit. I recommend

Awesome location and accommodation. Has lots to do and kept us entertained. Kids loved the lagoon and the indoor pools. Location is so close to everything. Overall loved our stay and looking forward to go back again.
