Went in for a coffee this morning and was greeted by Nathan. He was so happy and his smile and upbeat attitude was contagious.

His customer service skills were superb and he most definitely brightened my morning.

Definitely a valuable worker for this store.

Hands down the best Zarraffas you could go to. The staff are always very friendly and greet you with a smile. It is a great atmosphere and you can see they work very well as a team. Food always comes out super quickly and they become proactive and send an extra person out to take orders from the cars when lines get bigger on weekends unlike other Zarraffas which just make you wait ages.

Staff are always friendly and efficient. Coffee always tastes great, love when my coffee is consistently good.

Absolutely love the crew here they're so nice and always smiling & make a nice coffee. Nathan would have to be the one who stands out, his vibes & energy is radiating, he loves his job that's for sure 😊 hands down best Zarraffas well done team 👏

I drive through Eagleby Zaraffa's for coffee 4x a week, although there is always a line up... its always moving especially eary mornings I have never waited longer than 10-12min the staff smash it, & always smiling & happy... this can't be said for others!!

Absolutely fantastic, nice, welcoming and just overall fantastic food and expert coffee

Walked in and served immediately, had a toasted chicken, cheese and avo ciabata was delicious and not overly greasy
Coffee is perfect temp and not burnt tasting.
Friendly staff up for a morning laugh.

These guys are doing very well. Loved the open breakfast chicken sandwich. Got to try it if you are around. The team was kind enough to accept my request to make a low strength coffee. Not many coffee shops accept and actually make a 1/2 strength coffee. Love it.

The team here in Eagleby are friendly, fast with the best Mocca fusions ever! My Hubs wasn't a coffee drinker until he tried these! We are regulars here, so they kinda basically know our orders before we ask lol Thank you guys for your outstanding service and delicious coffees!
