Front people were friendly and efficient booking in my car for hail damage repairs. Dropped car off and booked a taxi to get to car rental company. Taxi did not turn up, so one of the people there ( Pete) took me. Every couple of days I received a phone call ( Brad)letting me know the progress of repairs. I picked up my car all repaired, clean and tidy.

I took my car in for hail damage, and was quoted three weeks for the repair. They called me back 8 days later, and it was already done. They managed to use all the original panels, and even cleaned the car inside and out. It looks like new.

Very happy with the result and the service.

The team preformed a miracle in repairing our hail damaged car. The dents were removed and the damaged panels are as good as new. No fuss professional service. Car was ready on time as promise. Excellent job.

Very impressed with the quality of the work, the only fly in the ointment was when I rang to ask where I could pick the car up from, they just said go to the security office and they will get in contact with the Raa, only they didn't mention what gate, I was dropped off by my son at the Lions Gate, then after my son had gone the security guard tells me I had to go to the gate on the other road, approx. 20 minutes later I had walked to the other gate, then to be told I wasn't allowed to walk in, so they were in touch with the Raa, but no one was able to pick me up. Luckily a contractor working on the site was able to give me a lift to the Raa office. I think it would be prudent to mention what gate and you need a car to drive into the site. Thanks Phil

Had hail damage fixed, service was so quick only had car for 4 days instead of the 7 they estimated, & everyone I had to deal with was super friendly, they even cleaned the car inside and out.

Great people, doing great work under huge pressure, hail dent repair top notch, however panel fit after new bonnet fitted is poor, as gaps are very uneven around the front end and one side has large gap, which is very noticeable, this will need to be addressed as it takes away the overall look of the car,
I am sure this will be fixed In time hopefully.

After the recent hail storm here in Adelaide, we were recommended by the RAA to take our 2019 Mistubishi Outlander to this pop up shop to repair our vehicle. The car was dropped off on the 17th of Jan. They were able to PDR the roof, roof rails, top of the tailgate and the few dents on the side panels but was told the bonnet had to be replaced. On the 31st of Jan being contacted the 1st time to collect the car the front flares were missing and under the bonnet was painted the wrong colour (outside gloss body colour instead of the engine bay matt grey) and the exterior was covered in polish residue. I was told that this would be rectified and should be ready by the 4th of Feb.
When I went to inspect the car on the 9th I asked if the car could be placed indoors to inspect under lights, the roof still had residue over it, under the bonnet was rectified but they had chipped the outside resulting in having to respray the bonnet, both RH and LH guards which were blended for colour for full of solvent popping and the front interior light was incorrectly fixed leaving it hanging loose.
Inspecting the car again on the 11 of Feb the job was completed.
The girls at the front desk were always polite and apologetic, the production manager was helpful but unfortunately the technicians this company employs to complete the R&R and paint side of the repairs are not up to scratch.
The PDR work was done very well and resulted in our car retaining most of its originality.
If you are directed to have your car repaired by this company be sure to thoroughly inspect your car before leaving.

Quality of hail damage repair is good. Communication poor. Time management poor. Told repairs would take 7 days, progress report at day 5 confirmed progress. At day 7 unable to contact repairer or insurer. Got car back day 9 .

I would give them less rhan 1 star if I could. These people are hopeless and I agree with most of the comments. There is NOT attention to detail, the workmanship is not good at all. I had me Holden Ute repaired after a hail damaged and I reckon is worse than what it was! There is still bumps that DID not get fixed and the bonnet was stuck because they did not fit it back right. The same goes with the door lock and even the windows seal was missing. They tell me the windows seal is on back order and still I am waiting for a replacement... close to a year!. I had to fix my own bonnet by the way and have not hear from them ever!!. RAA should really re-evaluate this partnership because I have gone to other insurances after this due to this experience. I do not recommend this people at all. Not a good experience and very disappointed with RAA in Adelaide that they sent me to deal with these people and then tell you that they can't help and I have to deal with them directly which of course has been a waste of time. Do yourself a favour and choose another repairer!

My car was recently in for hail repairs for 4 weeks. Before the repairs, it was in immaculate condition aside from the hail damage. This was noted during the initial assessment by SHR.

My car was returned to me in such poor condition that the extent of work required to correct it caused it to be written off - not due to the hail damage, but due to the repairs by SHR. How ironic. It looked better before the repairs, even being covered in hail dents.

7 months of waiting for my repair booking, 4 weeks of waiting for the repair completion and organising hire cars, only to lose my car due to utter incompetence. I don't recommend trusting this company with your car.

Our 3 year old Mazda CX-9 was taken to Specialist Hail Repairs for hail damage caused by last years big storm in Adelaide. The hail damage was fixed great, however, when we went to pick up our car, we noticed there were swirly surface scratches all over it, (except for the back of the car which consequently had NO hail damage). The supervisor told us we caused the damage by washing our car at car washes. Which is not true as we do not use car washes that use brushes (actually we do not use brushes on our car at all). While the girls at the front desk were friendly, the supervisor was unprofessional, condescending and rude. They have totally shirked responsibility for the damage they have caused whilst our car was in their care. Would recommend taking your car elsewhere if you don't want your paint job ruined.
