Zarraffa's Coffee Riverlakes

The only Zarraffa's that can make my coffee to perfection. All staff have excellent customer service skills.

Mainstream coffee. Tasty but takes a while to go through the drive through before lunchtime...

My first time to Zarraffa's Coffee River lakes just before lunch. I had a Caramalised Fusion. It was absolutely divine and perfectly made. The staff that served me were very polite. And a extra mention to the polite young male server that promptly accomdated my request and catered for my special order for two amazingly polite young boys that were dining with their family. Will definitely visit again. 💖

Good coffee, quick service.
Reasonable prices.
Clean neat and tidy.
Staff on check out was a character.

I always enjoy my latte and ZBR from Zarraffas, the staff are friendly and make sure I sometimes get a free coffee thanks to my Z-card membership. The delicious smell of the store, even through drive through, makes me feel warm and happy. Thanks team!!

Coffee was really good I have tried Zarraffas never liked it before. The young guy making was not through the drive through was in the cafe the coffee it was really good.

I don't visit Zaraffa's often and sometimes I require some assistance to figure out what drink I want. The staff are friendly and quick to serve at this store every time I have come and as always able to provide a really good product.

Food and coffees are great, they can be a tad slow with service, don't know if that's because there under staffed or what!

There's a reason why this Zarraffa's is my first stop to work every morning and that's because I've never had a bad order. Mix this with friendly staff and good prices, as far as cafes go, and you've got the right elements for a great customer experience.

Finally a place that can make an extra hot coffee and a great one at that. Cheers it's not easy getting a hit coffee these days. Thanks so much.

I ordered 3 drinks and when something went wrong in the system the cashier today was kind enough to let me have one of them for free instead of making me wait, what a legend

This zarraffas had the best smashed avo and open club we've had in a long time....and we frequent zarraffas a lot! We complimented to which was replied, 'We're really particular with our menu'. Believe me even the caramelised fusion was awesome. Well done!

Used the drive through and although it was busy going through was very quick and the staff were friendly

great coffee white chocolate mocha, however people need to let me get my morning coffee. 11/3/16, 8am line up for drive thru was out to the road
