Secure Parking - Vulture Street Car Park

Not a great car park, but right where I need it and usually full so it's serving it's purpose

Conveniently located next to South Bank shopping precinct and near the Victoria Bridge to the city. Confusing elevator buttons - floor 3 is below, and floor 2 is the ground floor. There are vending machines with snacks and drinks near the bright yellow parking payment machines. $15 for 0-2 hours, $20 for 3 hours - not too bad a price. Able to drive in and park on a Sunday without first booking online. Good with all street parking taken up for streets around.

Expensive parking on the weekend. Secure and super convenient for visiting South Beach and the restaurants though.

Lots of parks, great location and good pricing.

Hard to find entry difficult

The reviews are true. The PIN codes do not work. You will wait 10 minutes for a person after you call because the intercom is broken and the site is unmanned.

If you are going to not staff parking facilities you need to ensure that your technology supports smooth entry and exit, particularly on busy roads that are dangerous to reverse back out of.

A nice touch is when you want to return to your vehicle, and the lift won’t let you down, so you walk up the parking ramp, and an automated alarm screeches at you being an intruder.

I don't even want give a 1 star rate.
This is a horrible experience.
We had to running around the building and so confused by the direction provided from customer service.
You won't be able to get back to the car park via lift. It's a nightmare if you dressed up with heels and walk up that parking RAMP!!
WILL NEVER EVER PARK AT HERE AGAIN.
The customer service staff was nice but I can tell the it is not helpful at all.

Parked here last night the
1st of September, won't be parking here again
couldn't access the carpark with the pin number given , couldn't use the lift with the pin number given, couldn't get out of the carpark with the pin number given , and not just us , from what I saw everyone using this carpark had the same issue , it was rediculous, and took forever to leave the carpark.
Won't be recommending this carpark to anyone .

Parked at the Vulture street Southbank Secure parking for a few hours last night and upon returning to the car park at 8.30pm to go home we found we could not access the lift ( in which we used to leave the car park when we first arrived earlier in the evening). We eventually got somebody on the intercom system who said they would try to help us but after a few minutes then hung up on us!!! We then walked to the entry ramp to try access the car park via the entry/exit ramp but were frightening by a loud speaker message telling us to evacuate immediately as it was a prohibited entry point!!!! I then phoned a help line number and was again put on hold whilst the so called ‘helper’ could get authority for us to walk up to our vehicle using the ramp …… she too hung up on me!! We then decided the only way we get back to our car was to walk in via the ramp with the ‘non authority ‘ message screaming via loud speaker in our ears. A disgraceful situation particularly if I had a person with a disability with me. Will never use this secure car park again.

Park at your own risk. Your code won't work. You won't be able to enter or leave the carpark. I had to bring a toddler and my elderly parent all the way around the carpark and enter it via the ramp because the lifts to the carpark refused to work. Disappointed and disgusted. One of the worst carpark experiences ever.

Will never use this car park again. Couldn’t get into the car park with the pin provided , couldn’t get into the elevator to get back to the car with pin provided , couldn’t leave the car park with the pin provided. Was a buzz kill to the end of our evening

You have to prepay on website. If you turn up and try to gain entry even in the middle of a storm you will have to reverse out onto vulture st. This needs to be clearly stated on the website.

Went into carpark by mistake... Had to reverse out as they wouldn't open the boom gate to let me go around to get out...
Was more of an inconvenience for everyone else who was behind me...

Booked a spot online. No spots left. Told to find a park on the street.
