Nikodinas Flowers

I chose Nikodinas Flowers because their ratings were high on google and their website was user friendly and it showed they knew how to put a nice arrangement together. I ordered over the phone and was thrilled by the friendly help I received. I sent a text with the wording I wanted to use on the card and in return received photo's of the flowers as well as a receipt. Thank you for your amazing work, we will certainly continue to use Nikodina for future orders.

Without question the best floral arrangements and the highest quality flowers that last for weeks. Popped in today (Mother’s Day) for last minute flowers and was not made to feel like I was a problem even though I could see that the lady was swamped with orders. She made up the most beautiful floral arrangement within 5 minutes and I was on my way.
Flowers are alway put together with care and always look stunning! Highly recommend this business.

I ordered flowers for my mums birthday and they still haven't turned up NOT HAPPY. I was contacted this morning and it was all sorted out I will be ordering from them again. They couldn't apologise enough and truly bent over backwards to rectify the matter great customer service. And I know they've flowers are absolutely beautiful. Thank you. I just wanted to say thank you so much for the beautiful arrangement that I had organised as a surprise for my Mums birthday!

I had picked the "Designers Choice" (I wanted the florist to have some fun and use their artistic talents) so I had no idea what flowers were being used or how it would look....
I was not disappointed! They look absolutely beautiful! And to add to it - the florist had put some of my Mums favourite flowers in there (orchids and lilies - which I was hoping for!)

My mum was surprised and incredibly overwhelmed by the arrangement (which is a good thing!) It far exceeded my expectations!

So, to the florist who did this order - thank you. Thank you so much for making my mums birthday extra special! You have real talent!

I had ordered flowers and wine to be delivered to my partner over the Easter long weekend while I'm away overseas, these have yet to be delievered 5 days later and everytime I tried calling to talk to someone I got no answer, I had to email the Petals network which Nikodinas Flowers are part of to follow this up and so far all I was offered was a voucher for 30% off my next order, no mention of if andwhen myoriginal order will actually be deilivered or of any sort of partial or full refund for my original order...

Easter is long gone and i will be back from overseas in a few days, quite possibly before my order will even be delivered.

Extremly dissapointed by the service, it's easy to judge a supplier when things go as planed, its only when faults happen that you can really see how well their service is and on this occasion it was terrrible.

Looked online for a reasonable florist to maybe deliver down the road to Tenby Point..... cheapest was over $70!!! For a bunch of flowers costing the same from the supermarket for $20! So.....$50 delivery fee??!!

Closed forever by the looks of it.
No signage or anything.
