So happy that we have this local butcher, good quality meat and not to mention their burger patties are the best by far! Customer service is great too- very friendly staff.

This butcher has quality products to buy, legs of lamb, chicken snitzchels, beef and lots of prepared products ready to cook.

Have always had good tasting and tender products from this store, and they always help you choose the right product and trim and tie if you need something special done.

Very good store and the guys will help you decide on something special and the best way to prepare and cook it.

As a local we always support our locals the staff are always helpful and friendly give advice which is why iv given 3 stars.
The meat although isnt always tender when its meant to be the veal is generally tough the pork chops arent always up to scratch the pricing doesnt bother me because its a local and beats big chains by a country mile.

I specifically asked for T Bone, not sirloin. The lady that served me said its t-bone and charged me t - bone prices.
I came home and realised they still gave me sirloin!
How about you be honest with customers in what they are paying for because that's just not fair and very dishonest. Even if it was a mistake, I literally just asked you to check it at the counter..not good enough. A butcher should know, especially when we, the customer, are paying for a product we didn't get!

I was given a chicken that could be expired because they removed the expiry date sticker from them . They don't tell you the truth if it's fresh or not and just want to sell their products . I will never buy from them as they are not truthful . Beware please

I have noticed the quality deteriorating since new owner - and lots of frozen items not fresh - so it’s very unsafe as you can’t re-freeze if it’s already been thawed once. Also noticed that many of the beef cuts especially mince has brownish grey areas and bright red areas so I’m not sure what’s going on there or if there’s additives as it’s smelly meat and isn’t fresh by any means. I don’t recommend. That’s my opinion as I know quality.

I also want to add that when the customer brings back the spoiled meat be fair with the replacement I was asked if I’d like freshly made mince with any cut, and was so pleased with that then realised quickly the greed and lack of customer service as I was offered less meat than my original purchase because it was a more ‘expensive cut’ - what on earth??!!!!!! I was genuinely shocked. The mince should have been fresh in the first place and where is the goodwill. Really poor treatment - I’ve been supporting you as a local butcher for many years but not anymore. Quality has gone down and the Greed and poor service was the last straw.

Briskets are thin like a sheet and their display meat is frozen.
