Tamworth Mountain Bike Park

Just a short distance from town centre, the park offers a good range of trails across difficulty levels. The picnic area with bathrooms is a nice touch also. Well done for those who initiated and maintain the park.

Great trails and well maintained. Stay on the lower trails if you don't like rocky terrain, otherwise head up hill in preparation for rocky descents. Great use of a small area.

I went here for the walking track...I'm 66 so a bit past the mountain bikes but what a wonderful place for our young people!
As for the walk...what a wonderful 2 hours I spent wandering through the bush! I hadn't planned to go walking but was enticed by the wind rustling in the breeze, the birds twittering, the frogs calling and the lure of chasing butterflies. Regenerating. No wonder it was a significant place for the Gamilaraay people, perhaps for thousands of years, it is beautiful.

Great local track a short ride from town. Worth a visit and well maintained and something for every skill set.

This place is great and gets better each time we visit. Lots of work done on trails recently. And great trail design - even the beginner trails are heaps of fun for the more advanced riders. Great work TAM MTB!

Well laid out, caters for all types of mtb riding, set up for kids to have a great day out. Good picnic area and walking tracks, it's a credit to the organisers and the local council.

Amazing facility, fantastic for kids of all ages and abilities. The mountain bike club is awesome too with some great events.
