Are you looking for a dream home or to be a successful investor or perfectly prepare for retirement? I would like to share my experience with the Vision Asset group. A few months ago, my colleague Anna Chen suddenly asked me to participate financial IQ seminar via Zoom with CEO Lydia Kim of Vision Asset group. To be honest, I thought she will be lying to me to get the money because I am not believing people easily. However, after the seminar, we had a meeting with Lidia and discuss my circumstance. However, she taught us to use leverage, compound interest, time, and never sell. Luckily, I saved our old house which will give us passive income every week and we will live 5 bedrooms new house from next week. My three boys will get their own bedroom each and my mum will have a dream garden. My husband said, "I never got the double garage in my life!" we don't need to worry about moving again and pay rent payment anymore for someone.
Furthermore, we are waiting new off the plan apartment which has contracted last year. Also, we are preparing SMSF which using super investing in a new warehouse soon. I met 'Vision Asset' through their seminars. The first seminar I did RSVP I coulnd't make it in sudden. So I was gonna give up considering myself who's not ready to buy any property in terms of deposit. Then they offered a private seminar. It was very informatic & I literally opened my eyes for the new opportunities.

For the first home buyers, the biggest hurdle is the deposit. As I am not from a wealthy family, saving 20% of property price in Sydney had seemed impossible.

One day, June last year 2020 (when Home Builder Grant of $25,000 introduced), I found the ad saying that I can buy a property with only $10,000 deposit now, and pay the rest on intallment payment plan without interests. I thought it's the scam. But I had a time so I knock their door. Spend 2hours with them, asking a load of questions. At the end of the first meeting I believed them 100% and pay $10,000, signed the contract following week. Ta~da~ I got the property.

I purchased an investment property with Vision Asset Group. I had been looking for the right one for a while. But there are hundreds and thousands of properties in Sydney and I wasn't sure which property I should go for.
