Coffs Harbour 4x4 and Outdoor

Just wanted to give Brett at Coffs Harbour 4x4 a huge wrap. My back Iron Man canopy window shattered while on holidays at Nambucca Heads. Went out of his way to sort it for me in quick time. Makes me want to drive all the way from Newcastle to get my next Iron Man fittings done. Great service, much appreciated. 👏

Amazing service from these guys, particularly Josh and Ben. We were stranded 1500kms from home with rear suspension problems on a 12 month old Prado. Toyota didn’t want to know us, but the expert advice and great service from these guys had us back on the road in no time. I would highly recommend them.

Best service we have had. On the last day of trading 29/12 we needed a bulbar fitted so we could get our vehicle roadworthy for our camping trip. We couldn't find anyone to help us and then we found Coffs Harbour 4x4. we still cant believe how efficient and accommodating they were. I recommend this business for both quality and service.

Was having some problems with my Ironman suspension set up and my local dealer wouldn't listen to me, did a cursory look at the vehicle and said I needed air bags.
Saw Paul who took time to look and measure to find the front shocks had been set too high.
Couldn't get the work done there as I live several hours away but have now had it corrected and it runs like a dream.

We stopped here when we refuelled next door to find the lead that connected our caravan fridge to our car had dropped out of place and broken off.
We called in here seeking help and we could not have wished for better service. Not only did they have the part but installed it and wouldn't take any payment. Would use this place for any parts I needed as I head north at least twice a year. Made me feel good about about the human race. Thank you.

Disgusting workmanship disrespectful new manager took months to have upper control arms replaced after being told they had them in stock. due to a recall now my car pulls to the left severely which it didn’t previously prior to there work. Now they won’t fix the issue. And won’t provide cctv that it was done. Also bought new steel rims and the dust caps were provided upon this purchase within 3 weeks both front caps had fell off driving on main roads. I seeked new ones to be replaced under warranty I was rudely told they don’t sell these rims. Until I provided the receip to prove I purchased them through this bodgy company. Then the rude manager then went on the defensive and told me I had purchased them separately myself. This is a total lie on there behalf I wouldn’t recommend Coffs Harbour Ironman to anyone save your money and heartache and stress of being treated like a moron as that’s how I feel after spending thousands at this place of business. And after reading there reviews I wish I had never went there to purchase anything. Lesson learned. But I will educate others to be weary Orr the business. This issue went through 1 manager and 2 staff who left because of the way they were treated. Says a lot about them and now they want nothing to do with me or my car so now I need to go and re spend money at a proper tyre shop to get my wheel alignment done so my car drives safely on the roads. Pathetic business o do not recommend them to anyone 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
