I’ve dreaded going to optometrists over the past three decades up until I found the amazing Dr Lee. He has a wealth of knowledge, is passionate about his work and genuinely cares for all his clients. He is thorough in his examination, patient and friendly during his assessments even with little ones, and accurate and detailed in his diagnosis, advice and prescription. He is up to date with all the evidence-based research and latest equipment beyond what I’ve seen in any optometrist clinic or eye hospital. Dr Lee has even picked up unusual issue that my son has had for a while that was previously missed in the past by others.
Its no longer a dreaded task to visit the optometrist but a joy now to get my eyes checked with Dr Lee. I trust him completely with the health of my eyes and my family’s eyes.
He is highly recommend now to all my family, friends and everyone I know! Thank you Dr Lee, you’re incredible!!

I’ve had one of the best experiences with Vision Excellence. Dr Pepper was so caring and he took his time to listen and solve my problems. Kerryann is the best person to deal with. I’ve never felt a rush and even spend almost an hour to choose a frame. I highly recommend them if you are after a full check up for your eyes.

Never have I been somewhere that I wanted to leave a review the second I got home, but these guys oh my goodness!
Lets start off with the warm welcoming, my son who is 5, has autism and can find eye appointments a little bit scary so the small details are what we always need to make things go smoothly. Well, they not only spoke to me but the welcoming was focused on him, his anxiety eased straight away with the caring nature of the entire team. Usually the experiences are with him having small amounts of fun with whoever examines him, but instead it was focused around him, he was spoken to in such a wonderful manner and treated with the most respect! Getting down to his level to show what he has to say is just as important was so beautiful! They were honest and didn't try to make a profit, instead let us know exactly the truth.
We've used a few different places in the past few years and I can say without a doubt, I won't be taking him anywhere else. Thank you so much!

I’ve visited many different optometrists over the years and all of them had failed to recognise/diagnose an eye condition I must have had since childhood.

Dr Lee was THE optometrist to recognise that there was something not quite right with how my eye/vision worked and did several extra tests to confirm his suspicions and then referred me to an orthoptist who works literally in the same office. I was then properly diagnosed with intermittent mixed exotropia, which I’ve been correcting with eye therapy sessions.

That alone has made me a life long client of Dr Lee’s, I additionally know that the eye exams I take here are of a much higher quality/calibre than places I had previously gone to.

Dr Lee is very friendly and doesn’t hesitate to provide your prescription if you request it.

The location is good having access to visitors parking. The office was clean, tidy and very well equipped. Kerry and Lee were absolutely professional and personable. It took 1.5 hours for me to do a complete test which was totally worth it. It might costs you more compare to other eye test centres like OPSM, SpecSaver, etc. but I highly recommend Vision Excellence if you look for a professional test and peace of mind.

The Optometrist Lee and the administration staff Kerry, were both incredibly personable and very professional. You can see Lee's expertise and knowledge in all matters of the eye, as it is evident in his approach and state of the art equipment. I would recommend that anybody who wants to know where they stand with their eye health should see Lee for a thorough examination.

I had a great experience getting my eyes tested with Lee. He was so thorough, asked me lots of questions, and explained everything. He is very knowledgeable and a lovely person too.

I was in Sydney on holiday recently (from UK) and stayed with family in Castle Hill. Halfway through my holiday disaster struck and my glasses broke. I am utterly lost without my glasses (halfway blind) and my cousin suggested I give this place a visit. I did not have a copy of my prescription with me and was overdue an eye test anyway so thought I should probably have a test before forking out for new specs.

I had previously thought eye tests were fairly standard wherever you went but I soon learnt that was not the case here.

This guy loves his gadgets and loves explaining what they do. I had a wide field retinal scan, some laser thing that measures thickness of cornea and tests for glaucoma, macula degeneration and various other thing I'd never heard of but that would probably not be good to have!

In short the most thorough eye test I've ever had in 27 years as a glasses wearer and both the optometrist and the girl on the desk very friendly and helpful to a half-blind pom with a hangover.

Very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Very impressed with all the staff.
