Cheap early bird rates when booking online. Easy to find

Frequently overbooked and they keep raising the prices. Some of the time, it's ok, but it's like a 50/50 chance that I'll be made late for my classes because all the car parks are taken...

Had to keep my motorbike for around two hours.ended up paying 70$ felt like I was being robbed.

Booked a carpark so we could have dinner at a nearby restaurant. We returned to the carpark at 10:30pm to find the boom gates and roller door shut. We called for assistance to be answered by a very rude woman saying that the carpark was closed... nothing on our booking or Google/website said anything about the carpark being physically closed. At first the attendants couldn't even give us an ETA on when a security patrol would arrive to open the boom gate (the excuse was "we're in Victoria so we have no idea when someone will be there). We were at the point of calling an uber instead when we dialed in again to let them know not to worry as it had been 30mins since we first dialed for assistance, to which the attendant said ETA was 20mins from when we first called (it was now 30mins since we had first called!!).... poor and rude service, and ridiculous that the carpark was completely closed up at 10:3₩pm on a Saturday night. Will book with secure parking in future
