Gav's Thai Boxing Gym provides excellent training and learning opportunities to a range of skill levels. I have loved training here and fully recommend it to anyone who is wanting to improve their fitness or wanting to learn how to fight.

This gym has such an amazing atmosphere and vibe! Everyone is so welcoming and I love training here. Definitely get a good workout and quality Muay Thai and very traditional. Whenever I walk into the gym I instantly feel pumped to be there and can’t wait to train. Gav is an amazing trainer and so are the other trainers. All the trainers will push you to do the best you can in every way possibly. Wether you want to fight or just get fit this is the place to be!

The worst part about Gav's is the people. They smile to much, laugh to hard and train even harder. Few Gym's offer the same levels of experience and dedication to their beginners. People that are seeking a challenge or just looking to lose a few kilograms will find themselves loving Muay Thai and at home at Gavs. Just remember your "Balaaance".

Most importantly this is a family owned business and the owner is a passionate Muay Thai fan with years of training experience. He brings active fighters from Thailand as Guest trainers to bring you authentic Muay Thai . It's hard to find real muay Thai training and this gym provides it. 10/10
