My first time visit for a blood test, after recommendation. I have very difficult veins, which were found within seconds! Very polite and helpful nurses. Best experience in a blood test!

I was feeling a bit nervous, but the staff are really lovely and understanding. There was a slight wait time (I waited a bit over 20 minutes), but is still much better than if I were to go a bigger/busier clinic. Overall, a really positive experience.

The lovely gentleman working on his own yesterday (25-07-22) gave the most wonderful service. He was so calm & gentle. I really appreciated it, thank you.

New facility, very clean and no waiting time. Friendly, efficient and gentle service. If you're planning to go around noon, check first if they close for lunch.

Very busy this morning. With a single staff member, who was very helpful and efficient.

They wouldn't answer their phones when I needed to book a particular test and I tried so many times.
They need a booking hotline or something. I couldn't go in for the test until I had a booking.

2 indian staff sitting idle doing nothing and they still referred me to the Gungahlin location...complete waste of time.

Don't bother, they will never pock your call to book appointments.

They never respond to the calls. Tried thousand times
