A small newsagent shop in a quiet location in Miranda that also accepts parcel pick ups from Sendle/Couriers Please. No issues using their services.

Bit late opening but friendly and helpful enough for me to spend some money I hadn't planned on. Not a terrible experience at all.

No debit/credit card surcharge fee!

Please check your published open hours. 17.30 on Tuesday the shop was already close, so I suspect 18.00 closing time is incorrect. Thank you.

It's ok

I've held off for actual years reviewing hoping to have my perception changed but I've had multiple encounters here and not one has been positive.

Unfortunately some deliveries end up being redirected here depending on what courier company a vendor has used and every, single, time I've had issues. The package isn't there, (despite confirmation from the courier), or more likely it's under a mountain of other packages and paper or magazines and general clutter and rubbish.

Run your business however you wish but if you're going to offer a collection service, at least ensure this is organised and easily accessible, maybe by name or service. Every, single, time, packages are stacked over each other and I've waited there whilst they dig through each one, asking me what it looks like, whilst stopping every few mins for paying customers which are deemed more important (I'm sure you're also being paid as a collection point.)

Whilst all the above may seem trivial, this combined with staff service which has always been mediocre at best, to completely rude get my poor review.

I actually dread having to collect from here cause I know I'll never actually leave with a positive experience.

The person working here told my to buy my own tape to tape a returns box for shipping. This is not standard practice for posting. I usually get boxes taped and label stuck on in store. He also scanned my return slip and said it didn’t work. When I asked him to try again he said it worked. Over all they seemed rude, incompetent and lazy. I would avoid this place.

Why would courier companies drop their package here? Are they too lazy to drop it at my place?

What a disgusting couple the owners of this store are. Their customer service is absolutely atrocious. They are too lazy to look under the mountains of unorganised garbage to search for a delivered item so instead blame the courier company for not delivering. They walk away mid conversation to serve a paying customer yet I’m sure as a parcel collection point they’d get some kick back. I hope redevelopment comes along and rent is too expensive for their grubby hands.
