Great value! Great service! Great food!
I have some starters. But my first pick is egg plant. I don’t like egg plant, but it was best egg plant dish ever have. And also I want to highly recommend “Moduwa ramen”. I tried to have a lot of ramen in Sydney, I have never seen this soup before!
The soup was fully flavored and I could find out the chef’s efforts.

What is more, If you find the best value for money in lunch, I believe that the salmon or beef bento is the best choice.

I want to tell this amazing restaurant for many people.

This place will be my favorite ramen forever!

Finally a decent ramen place in Miranda! The service was great and staff were welcoming. The menu had a good variety of dishes to choose from. All of which I enjoyed. This will be one of my go to spots when I'm on my break from work. Highly recommend this place and I can't wait to come back to try out the other dishes.

Best ramen in Southern Sydney and The Shire. Nice and clean restaurant. Decor is well fitted out and spacious. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The miso ramen was was delicious and the proportion sizes were sufficient. Definitely my go to Japanese restaurant in the area.

I came here for an early lunch here last Sunday with my family and had veggie and miso ramen, pork belly chasu (3pcs), king prawn tempura, spicy tataki, miso eggplant and one beef bento. We were amazed by the quality of the food and service was impeccable. We highly recommend this place and would definitely come back!

Whenever I want to have great ramen and other food, I just come here! (I didn't take a photo for the ramen cause we just eat all) Even I live far away from here but I don't hesitate! Kind staff and passionate chefs! It is an absolutely amazing place!

My partner and I were planning to go to miranda as we had never been here before, and we were very fortunate to have discovered this amazing japanese restaurant. It was a fantastic experience, well worth the price, and I would love to have another meal at some point in the future.

After browsing around westfield right next to the restaurant (which was also a lot more extravagant than my local ones), we were looking for a place to have lunch/dinner at and to be honest we weren't initially interested in coming here. But after browsing around the other selections from all 3 or 4 levels we eventually decided that moduwa was the way to go. Not that we didn't want to go to moduwa, we just had a different cuisine in mind.

We were welcomed by a lady as we looked at the menu outside, who was very kind and lovely, and she seated us against the wall. It was a really nice looking place, with a bar and well done decor. We looked through the menu and saw many options that were really appetising. We decided to simply get a bunch of sides instead as a method to taste as many dishes as we could, and it was without regrets.

I don't even remember anymore but we had a total of around $60, It was a bit pricey but it was well worth. They definitely follow 'get what you pay for' idea. The one I remember most vividly were the pork gyozas. It was absolutely delicious, and was the best one I've ever had in my life. The very first bite was nice and juicy, but well cooked and full of flavour. Thinking about it makes me want to go back again right now. Would definitely recommend this if you were to go.

It was an experience that I reckon everyone should have because they deliver the food and service like no other.

Fast, fresh and quality menu. Have been here several times now trying three of the ramen dishes, the chicken and salmon don buri bowls, both really freah and good vegies, salmon don is a winner. Highly recommend the gyozas, perfectly cooked every time. Friendly staff and the restaurant has a nice atmosphere. Not a huge menu but a good selection. New favourite Japanese place. Stands up to venues in the city.

Loved it! Food was amazing, friendly stuffs and the place was very comfy and modern.

We've been here several times and always enjoy the great ramen they serve. So far we've tried the miso (just the plain version, not the spicy version) and the shiro? (pork broth) and they are delicious. Some of the menu has recently changed but we have also enjoyed the chicken BBQ skewer as well. The sake selection is also quite good and the service has always been friendly and accomodating to requests for extra bowls for sharing etc.

We had a super nice lunch&dinner at Moduwa ramen and bar. The place was so good to entertain friends(also kids) and share side dishes. I am not a big fan of ramen but really enjoined, the noodle was fantastic. Deep fried octopus and potato rocks were so yum, we ordered more beer. Must have miso ice-cream highly recommend dessert !! Willing to visit again.

This place is incredible. Had their signature ramen and it was hearty, yet light. Flavour was fabulous and that umami egg was to die for. The table next to us got bento boxes and I will be back to try those. The kimchi ramen was also fantastic, with good umami flavours and just a hint of chilli. Service was nice and fast and everything was well priced.

Easily the best ramen I have ever tried. Really enjoy coming to Moduwa again and again with my family. Amazing ramen, pork belly, kimchi, gohan for affordable price. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Located in a great place. Highly recommended to visit!

Had lunch here last Saturday and was amazed to see many vegetarian options on thier menu. The food was flavourful and delicious and a delight to look at. Loved their rock potato, butter corn and tofu with spicy kimchi in their veg bento box. Would definitely be visiting again as it is not too heavy on the pocket too :)

Fun little eatery on the outer edge of Miranda Westfield. Amazing food and good prices. Service was fine. Highly recommend the beef bento with the Asahi dark (or sparkling water in my case). Will try the ramen next, it looked amazing!

Not much to say about this place other than the food is delicious and tasty and beautiful and elegantly presented they have good selection of beers and other drinks. Staff are very attentive to your needs and very polite. Make sure to try the ramen or the Bento box's.

Delicious. The pork chashu was amazing. Had 2 baby chairs with buckles still intact which I was very happy about. Service was great too. Very friendly.

Rich ramen soup and juicy wagyu gyoza 👍🏻

My favourite is the Vegetable Ramen and Miso eggplant so delicious.
Will definitely go back as have to try new specials Wagyu Beef and Seared Salmon.

Best Ramen around hands down! Authentic Japanese ramen! We’ve also tried the small plates, tastes awesome!
