Well, this is a place for you if you’d like to: get fit or fitter, loose weight, learn the best stand up martial art or turn your body into a weapon. Or all of the above :) This is a traditional Muay Thai gym so expect to be pushed to your limits in a friendly environment :) After a few months you’ll want to open doors with teeps and switch lights off with spinning elbows. Which you’ll be able to but it will be hard to get the deposit back if you’re renting.

Being going here for a while now, the guys that train there are awesome and very welcoming. The staff are great, friendly and funny. The pricing is good too and you get your own shorts when you join up. They know their stuff too, so if you want to train Muay Thai at any level, this is the place for you.

My son and I have been apart of this amazing place since beginning of the year. We love how it caters for different age groups and different levels of experience. The trainers and staff are so friendly.
There is a great community vibe and we never stop learning.
The timetable has great times to suit everyone..my favourite class is the early morning classes at 5.45am. 🙂

I have trained here quite alot. The facilities are amazing. It's an open and clean space with good quality equipment and boxing ring. The trainers here are world class with extensive knowledge and skills to share. Great for beginners to fight level very friendly and safe environment to learn traditional Muay Thai

I've been training at this gym for a few months now and I am completely in love, not just with the sport but this mini community that really looks after one another. The gym itself is always super clean, well equipped and there is always plenty of space to do your thing :) Music is pumping to get you in the mood to throw limbs, the trainers are just incredible, Ty has eons of experience and seems to live and breath Muay Thai, this is inspiration in itself to be taught by someone who is living and loving their passion, Rob immediately feels like someone you have known for years and has a real grounded no messing about approach to training, and Maddie made me feel so welcome and at home when I first came to the gym, I feel valued by all here and asides from that the improvement in my fitness and skill in this sport has been astounding, I dont think ive ever been this fit in my life from training just 2 or 3 times a week, I am addicted! and cannot recommend this gym enough :)

This place has become like a second home to my Children and I over the past year and a half and although we've had to recently cut down on the amount of days we can attend due to other commitments we still love coming in, getting a workout done and having a good ol chat with the crew!
Ty, Rob (Master Shifu) and Maddie are such amazing people and make you feel right at home!

Like no other. The trainers are friendly and welcoming and this reflects in the type of members that go. For something that is a combat sport, there's no ego and the love and support from everyone is outstanding. It's a safe and inclusive space, with a big sense of family. I love it.

I have been training in this gym for a month now . This is not a typical "gym", trainers make sure you learn all the necessary skills and strictly maintain a safe environment. I am new to combat sport and the entire gym is quite accommodating in that perspective . Strongly recommended !

Came here as a beginner and they were very welcoming with no ego's teaching me alot. Split up the classes into skill levels so highly recommend for all range if people. Was always the best part of my week. 👍
