My visit to Snooze today was a breeze. I came in looking for a pillow and left in ten minutes, with something I loved at an amazing price (less than half my budget!) and a smile on my face. Aman's customer service was exceptional. They were fantastic several years ago too, when I bought a mattress from them. The mattress ended up being *just* too large to fit up the ladder into my loft room, and they picked it up and exchanged it the next day without charging me a delivery fee. They have obviously kept up the excellent standard over the years!

Great service. Fair price and they are more than happy to help with selecting the right product. Was recommended by a friend and I can see why.

Recently visited Snooze O’Connor and was really impressed by their service. I had no idea where to begin so their wonderful sales rep Aman guided me through the best options to suit my budget and needs. Aman was so easy to chat with and made the whole shopping experience effortless and enjoyable. I will definitely be back to furnish my spare room too.

Recently purchased something from the store and have to say Benjamin was very professional, friendly, honest, helpful and had all the skills needed not just to help us but to make a sale too
When compared with some of the other shops we visited where staff claimed to be more experienced Benjamin demonstrated that he knew what he was talking about and was able to address all concerns we had

Service first and of the highest quality. We needed a bedframe because our deal with another supplier blew up. We searched bedframes online and Snooze had one that was quite similar to the one we wanted. We called to confirm that the item was in stock which it was and we put a deposit down on it while delivery options were sorted. The next day our salesperson called us and told us she was not happy with the quality of the item we ordered. She asked us to come in and examine the floor model to ensure we were satisfied with the quality. We weren't happy with it and we would have been really disappointed if we had taken delivery after ordering it from online alone. As a result, we found another item with superior quality and we couldn't be more pleased.

Have not had better customer service in my life! It was a pleasure to be assisted by Aman who was honest, knowledgeable in the products we enquired about and was able to help us get what we wanted within our budget.

Very professional staff (both Ben & Bianca),
took time to explain the pros and cons of the various mattresses which helped greatly in finding a bed that met our requirements and then provided a very good deal.

I went with my partner's mom and had a great experience with Aman, a lovely staff.

She gave us professional suggestions for the bed and base. We were going to buy the base with drawers for the kids, but Aman recommended us to choose the basic one which doesn't have sharp angles and is more safe for the kids.
Aman stands on our side to provide us with professional advice which is helpful and we like that.

Went here today and was served by Adam, not only was his price on the bed ensemble I ordered competitive to other brand stores, but he was one of the most polite sales person I have had the pleasure of meeting.

Aman was amazing and so helpful! We were feeling rather disheartened after going to a couple of other bed shops around and having sales staff try to up-sell us mattress that were out of our price range and not suitable in the slightest. There was none of that with Aman, she took everything into consideration and tested us to see what would suit us best, the beds she put us on were so perfect we were almost falling asleep in the store. With out a doubt the best service I've received anywhere in a really long time from. Lovely new mattress from an even more lovely human.

Epic service from the moment we walked in all the way to sealing the deal. The manager had a wealth of knowledge allowing my partner and I to feel comfortable and confident with our purchase. There was no pressure, allowing us to have the guidance but also space to privately make a decision. Would recommend to anyone wanting to purchase their perfect bed.

Bought new Queen mattress (Rockeffeler Madison-very firm) at Snooze O'Connor and very happy with it. Excellent customer service by Aman, who is a very professional and knowledgeable lady.Not pushy so you feel at ease, taking the time "trying" the different options. First-class service.

I went to Snooze O'Connor for a new mattress and wasn't sure what I wanted or needed to look for. However, Aman Seth immediately made my partner and I feel welcome and guided us through the whole process, making the final choice of mattress so convenient and easy, and tailored to us. Aman was very professional and clearly very experienced in her job, so I would highly recommend visiting Snooze and asking for Aman's guidance!

Shame we can’t rate 10 stars. I cannot praise Snooze O’Connor enough. This is THE place to go if you need a bed. I wasted time searching a bed online, going to Harvey Norman ( terrible experience sadly). I just wish I went to Snooze way earlier .. the staff is extremely professional, very competent , not pushy and I felt a great team spirit within the shop. Smooth customer service, delivery and most important : best mattress I had in years . Absolutely TOP NOTCH!!!

Had a lovely lady name Aman serve us and treated us like royalty. She is very knowledgeable and provided us with great advice. Which lead us to buy a number of products that included a mattress. Aman is a credit to your company. Its to know that someone is out there to care for the customer. Wish her the very best.
