Joel at Jay Car is hands down the go-to guy for anything car-related. This is my second time seeking his help with a build, and he never disappoints. Always cheerful, always helpful, and the dude knows his stuff!

This store has a solid team who care genuinely about their customers.

Great range of electronics that cater to a variety of usage like CCTVs, cables, remotes, projectors, speakers and accessories. Staff are helpful in choosing what we're looking for. They also have a 7 day refund for change of mind.

Didn't catch the guys name, but he had long hair. He went above and beyond to help me with an audio issue I came in with. He could've just let me buy what I came to the counter with but helped me out and got me the right product

I've reviewed this store before but I have to say that the service on my latest visit was exceptional. The gent who served me was very competent and knowledgeable. The prices are reasonable and products are what they claim to be. The store is well layed out and if you're not sure help is there.

So damn popular I had to park around the back! Still, the exercise was good; and they had what I wanted, she had some good advice and let me take pics of the instructions so I can get the auto electrician to give me a better quote. All good in my book.

Went there looking for a antenna for my router after trying elsewhere with no success. Help me out in less than a minute. Got a very strong signal now and improved speed. Friendly people good customer service.

I think it's about time someone gave a plug to these girls and guys. I have been a regular customer ever since this store opened a few years ago. Whilst in the past, some of the ( former ) staff may have been a little less friendly than they could have been, in my opinion, things have changed markedly here. I think someone at Jaycar has seen some of the reviews below and done something about it. I have visited this store about 4 times in the past month and have got fabulous service from most of the people I have encountered and pretty good service from the rest. In particular one of the ladies, who was also very knowledgeable ( I needed a phone hand-piece cable and she absolutely knew what she was talking about ), was very good as were a couple of the guys. All times I have been there recently, despite my usual "I want to look at things on my own" countenance, I have been approached by a friendly staff member and asked if I would like some help. And please, give these guys and girls a break - they cannot all possibly be electronics experts - this is a complex subject that takes years to learn. Sometimes it doesn't hurt to do a little prior research on their web-site and bring in the part number(s). As far as range goes, as well as lower cost products, I have been pleasantly surprised by the high end quality of many electronics items they carry. For example, Goot soldering irons and desoldering braid, and Fujiya pliers ( Japanese quality ), and soldering flux and silicone tape made in the U.S. For electronics consumables, they have everything ! They have a good range of electronics books too. I am very happy with the service and parts from this store. Well done girls and guys ! I'll be back soon.

Normally sceptical of big franchises, but was incredibly grateful to Isaac for greeting me and supporting me in understanding how I may want to setup my off grid solar setup! Helpful and patient, was a great Jayco visit 😀

We always love going to Jaycar. But sometimes not a good idea as we always walk out purchasing extra things that we don't need. 😅

Bestest experience ever compared to any other store I've been to in perth. The staff all here ares friendly and their advice truely helped so much at making sure I bought the right product for the right job. 100 percent will recommend to friends and family. I don't understand why people wouldn't want to come back to this amazing store. 🙂

Extremely Good Service, got served by the Store Manager several times ive been in and his very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. This is the first shop that ive been into in years where they actually care about the customers. This is the first shop ive been able to say ive walked out feeling extremely happy and impressed by the service of the staff and manager. I would highly recommend use to anyone looking for IT Tools and or Gadgets. Best Service in Perth in any Retail shop ive been into. I would've rated use 10 out of 10 if their was 10 Stars but their isn't on here. Thanks so much :)
