Amazing customer service, i went in to change an item over to a bigger size yesterday and they did not have the size on the shelf. The wonderful staff memeber explained they should be getting the stock in and said she would check through all the boxes that she had come in to see if they were there.

We were served by a great staff member that afternoon. She was very nice and friendly. We were after the bonds bluey range. She helped us search for stock in other stores went the extra mile !

Gpod store, nice options for kids. Everything you could need for kids basics. The staff are friendly, not my prefered store just because the range is somewhat limmited compared to their other stores but still pretty good. Overall worth a look if you are walking past.

Went in today to exchange some Items that were to small, didn't have a receipt though we purchased under customer club in Bondi junction. Assistant Manager said cannot cause 'policy policy policy' didn't even try to escalate to help me out. Love product but should go the extra mile for customers who frequently purchase. I don't have time to resolve this so my loss.

No help from the staff, they're just slack and only talk amongst themselves.
