Great customer service. Was looking for a sports bra. the lady who helped me find one was excellent I even bought 2 and some tights. Will definitely be back. Great quality and comfortable aswell.

I received bike shorts & a sports bra from my son for Xmas when I went to the store today to change them over & to buy additional items the young girl who served myself advised that I had the receipt but as the tags weren’t on the items she would need to speak to her manager
The manager then not in a nice way that the shorts had been washed which I advised they had not been washed they were a gift that I had the receipt but unfortunately my son had taken the tags off (he does not live in mackay therefore could not go home & get them for me) she then said again the shorts have been washed which again I advised they had not been washed they were a Christmas gift that the manager then rolled her eyes & said again they look they they have been washed, I then picked up my items that I was returning & left without purchasing any other items.
I then came home & read the tcs which I now understand the tags need to be on the items, the manager was rude & just kept saying the shorts had been washed, she wasn’t interested in anything other than accusing me of trying to return something that had been washed. This is a shopper that will not shop in there again!!

I recently shopped here and received very cold service. I felt judged because I'm not a size 8 (I'm a 12). I had intentions of spending money here but I got no assistance on choosing clothes for myself so I purchased online. Terrible customer service considering there were 3 ladies working. This store needs to be trained to help every customer and treat everyone as though they're going to spend money. I was walked around and ignored completely.
