Surf Dive n Ski

Good shop, lots of space. I could easily find what I was looking for. Friendly staff with a more welcoming vibe than its competitors. Some good specials on t-shirts too.

Great service.

Came in to buy an item which was listed on Surf Dive n Ski's website as on sale. Item rang up as full price. Tried to show the manager the website and that there was no mention of it being an online only sale. He refused to look, maintaining it was full price in store. Asked if he could call the head office to check. He said no, the head office isn't open on the weekend. Asked for the head office's phone number and his name so I could call and follow up about it on Monday. He refused to provide either. The manager was about 18 years old and clearly lacked the maturity for the position or to provide any level of customer service.

Did a bit of research online for something I wanted. Found a good deal at SDS. Drove out of my way to come and get it, only to find it was double the price in store. The advertised price was online only. Could order it online but then it's $10 postage. What a ridiculous way to run a business. Won't ever be back here.

Drove a fair way to come here and look at their ski gear. Nothing around. Would’ve been good if they made it clear that ski gear is ONLY available online…

I was in there earlier this week too buy some swimmers for my grandson as he loves to surf and all that jazz, i overheard a really rude worker with the name tag “jenna” She was awfully rude to customers! Would not recommend shopping here if thats the quality of customer care! As for the other very helpful young ladies there they were a blessing!

One of the staff members (here name is Bella) has no idea what she's doing. She has no idea about their own return policy, tervigersates here all the time and is very unfriendly. Would recommend this shop as long as she is there!
