Biang Biang

I wish I had found this place sooner! For those who are a fan of bouncy noodles in spicy sauce, here's a good place for you. They serve the traditional biang biang noodles, which are basically thick sheets of handmade flat noodles. They are kind of like the noodle equivalent of lasagna sheets, but served with garlic, chilli flakes and oil. I ordered the vegetarian one, and it was served with some choy sim and bean sprouts, topped with spring onions. Great texture on the noodle and tasty sauce to coat it. Superb dish. Very inexpensive. They also serve it with toppings such as beef, lamb and pork, and I'm pretty sure there are also broth menus.

Their dishes have an unique flavor. The spiciness is just right! Staff is friendly and helpful when ordering and very patient when he was answering our questions about their menu. It is definitely worth a try!

I leave Biang Biang sweaty, stuffed and satisfied. Their spicy noodles delivered on both spice and noodle. Dumplings also fresh and excellent.

Located in the upstairs food court biang biang provides hand made noodles dishes. I love their basic signature noodles which consists of a simple combination of hand pulled thin noodles, nutty peanut sauce, sweet sauce, some numbing spices, scallions, and marinated minced meat.
They also have a range of other spicy / non-spicy noodles.

I really like the spicy chicken noodles, friendly staff, accurately recommend. A free drink for student purchase noodles or pastry.

When Biang Biang says they make handmade noodles, they really mean it.

I had Biang Biang noodle with big plate chicken. It had good depth of flavour, just right amount of heat, and most importantly, their handmade noodles were very good in quality. It was bianging DELICIOUS.

I was amazed at how fast they made the noodles.

For this reason I give this place 4 bears.

One opened near me in my local shopping centre recently and I’ve been eyeing it and thinking bout it so I finally tried it when I was out one day at their Chatswood branch. I love spicy food when I can tolerate it and this was a good amount of spicy for me to handle. I got the classic vegetarian one and I especially loved the noodles and the sprouts. I will come back to try the other dishes and the Rougamo too!

This place is in the food court on level 4. The service was friendly and the food came out reasonably fast. We tried the chicken chilli noodles with garlic sauce, and the chilli lamb noodles. Plus the $5 cold beef & tripe. I favorite the chicken with garlic sauce. Love the texture of the noodles! 😋
