Me and my daughter came to the store served by a lovely girl called Lily. She was very helpful and super pleasant to deal with. She was determined to find the right PJ size for my daughter. I was in the city store about two weeks ago. I was browsing at PJ sets when Audrey came to help me. She had already gathered from what I was looking at, that she would show me the linen pyjamas on the side wall. They were perfect! Audrey gave great customer service and advice. I was in store last weekend buying a mother's day present for my mum. The store was really busy, lots of customers around but I was still greeted as soon as I walked in. I looked around for a bit not really sure what I was looking for. The staff were a massive help! A staff member helped me choose a dressing gown and some slippers. They wrapped it for me, explained the exchange policy and made the whole thing really easy.

Amazing quality, service and staff. Peter Alexander is such an amazing company with such wonderful intricate designs and storytelling behind it. I would especially like to thank Avery, she is such a wonderful person and is amazing at her job. Definitely made my experience truly lovely.
