Australia Post - Weston Creek Post Shop

Really lovely staff. Had passport photos taken of our baby and despite it being kind of busy they still took their time to not rush him. I've been coming to this post office for years and they've always been nice here!

I have lived in this postcode area since 1974 and used Weston Creek PO all that time. This afternoon I went to send a large box (15kg) under a "no label drop off" scheme that I had never heard of before. When I was served by a slightly-built young lady and explained that the box was heavy and large, she immediately offered to come out to the car with me and carry the box in. I'm sure that this is not part of her job, but the help that it was to me was huge. This single action was greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have used the Weston Creek Post shop for 19 years and I have 'always' received great customer service. Thank you to all the great staff for your amazing service. :-)

They are always helpful and patient despite often being extremely busy

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, always helpful. Sometimes they get busy, and with such great staff why wouldn't they be busy? Patience at such times is a virtue. They always go the extra mile and I've never seen them flustered or short with people. A great local post office.

I have a PO Box at this post office. They staff are friendly and efficient. This post office can get quite busy during peak times, but the staff get the job done swiftly enough. Fantastic service!

They were so busy today but one lovely lady in particular went out of her way to help me with posting to USA and NZ. She was incredibly patient and made the whole process as painless as possible.
